They feel pushy, they're rude and super disrespectful .. but I needed my clothes taken care of before leaving for Hawaii and this is the closest place. I just got some new t-shirts from a Kith drop as well as some pink limited edition Supreme shorts. Typically I wash my own clothes but I wanted them to look really nice so I took them here. Not only did they stretch out the collars of the shirts I dropped off, they put BLEACH on my pink shorts... All of my new clothes that you cannot purchase retail are now ruined.. Today there was a female working there that he's never encountered before and he had the worst experience trying to do business with her. She tried overcharging him for items that he's well aware of what the price should be. She had a horrible attitude and also made some racial comments. He mentioned he'd go back when the owner was there and her comment back was "I am the owner, so say what you have to say". I forget how I found this dry-cleaning business, but I'm glad I did! The staff is always FRIENDLY and they have the BEST SERVICE at the LOWEST PRICE in the area, what more could you want. Will try them next for some alterations. They offer free pickup and delivery, I don't know if there is a minimum to get this service. So many dry-cleaning shops in Glendale, but this one stands out above the rest and I highly recommend you try them. PLEASE I BEG OF YOU TO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I come in on a Monday morning and they lady behind the counter takes my clothes and says we will have it done by Thursday. I come in Friday to give them extra time and the same woman tell me that i still have 4 items that aren't done yet and that my jeans won't be done until the following week! Not only are they extremely slow but they also ruin clothes!!... all of my white shirts had a weird black stain on it including my white shorts... my black shorts looked like it had a food stain on it!... but the worst part of it all they completely bleached a $450 Christian Dior shirt and when i came back to show them they acted like they didn't understand what I meant by "you ruined my shirt" the letters on the shirt were no longer black they were brown! I asked for a refund and all she does is give me 40 dollars for the pair of pants they never got to... she then tells me that her boss called me and I didn't answer which is complete nonsense my phone didn't ring once.... Then she ask me to come back Monday and he will be there... extremely unprofessional and horrible experience if I could give this place negative stars I would!! read more

Diana has the best recommendations for anything related to altering your dresses. She has been in this business for over 12 years so she knows exactly what she is doing. You can definitely rely on her for great results and also great prices, especially for being a small business. I have taken many items here and have gotten them altered and have not been disappointed once. I highly recommend Diana for the BEST WORK ! She even does wedding gowns. Dry cleaning is also very reliable. I took in a white coat with red wine stain and I thought it would be impossible to remove it. I was shocked when I came in a few days after I had given it to them (2/3 days). It was like I purchased a new pair of the same coat. I was extremely happy especially with the price!! I hate to write a poor review, especially for a small business. However, I was very dissatisfied with how they treated me the last time I used their services. I had taken my tuxedo to have it cleaned. Bear in mind that I have worn this tuxedo once and once only (for my wedding). The reason I took it in was to have a small stain removed from the jacket. If I had only known what was in store for my pants, I wouldn't have given them the suit. I picked up the suit a few days after I had given it to them; they are good with returning your dry cleaner items timely. When I got home and inspected the tux, I noticed that the stain on the jacket seemed less noticeable, however the fabric on the pants looked completely fuzzy/worn! The waistband also had weird folds pressed into it. This upset me because I was planning to sell the tuxedo (since it is wedding season May-June). The next day, I decided to take it back to them to discuss the condition of my pants. The lady at the counter briefly looked at the pants and commented that they looked old. She finally said that she would have the owner (Sam) take a look at them. I left the tux with her and went back a few days later. When I went back, the lady explained that there was nothing they had done to damage the pants, and she said that in fact the pants looked old and must have either been over-worn by me, or she suspected I purchased used pants. She wasn't very nice about it. I tried to explain to her that the pants are not old, cheap, nor were they used when I purchased them. Dear reader, please note that I have only worn these pants ONCE, at my WEDDING. This tuxedo was not cheap! In the end she only offered to have the pants re-pressed. Honestly, repressing the pants would not have helped. What would have helped is if they had offered a level of customer service in which I felt trusted and valued as a customer, rather than being accused of lying. It would have been better for them to admit their fault and reimburse me. It's a shame, because I liked this company and enjoyed the convenience of their services. Due to this horrible experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
