Minus 1 star because as of 2 years ago, they are the most expensive in all of Burbank. Both for dry cleaning & alterations. I have been coming here for 15+ years, but I only bring my high-end clothes or my favorite items that I can't wash because they need to be dry cleaned so they don't shrink. Their machinery is on the premise & NOT farmed out to some place that they have to drive to, which during the commute, your clothes always get wrinkled. They guarantee their work. If they make a boo-boo, they own up to it. The parking & hours are convenient. If you have regular clothes to be washed or dry cleaned, try Border Brothers on Riverside Drive on the border of Glendale-Burbank, across the street from the Equestrian Center (horse stables). For Alterations, try Allens Cleaners II on San Fernado Blvd across the street from McCambridge Park. read more

Cricket cleaners is a great local cleaners. The hours are great because you can drop off early and you can get to the cleaners after work. A lot of places close too early and you miss picking something up. Quality of work is great. Turnout time is great. I have taken work shirts, designer dresses, and tablecloths ( with wine stains ). Everything comes back wonderful! The staff is very nice! Note- the plant is on premise! This always for a quick turnaround. read more

I've been coming to this location for nearly 20 years now and there's a good reason for that. This is a family owned business and they have been reliable, fairly priced, and very good at doing whatever is needed for your garment needs. Give them a try the next time you want a good shirt dry cleaned, or better yet when you need an article of clothing mended. I recently had a nice sweater rip its seem on the sleeve, something that didn't look like it would be reparable without it being obvious it was sewn back together. I gave it to the lovely folks at Cricket West and I can't even tell it was ever ripped!! I recommend them highly and haven't had a bad experience since coming here. read more

My family and I have been going here for at least 15 years! Friendly neighborhood dry cleaners that makes it a standard to remember their customers first names and orders. Although everything is automated through a computer system, they usually have your order pulled before you even walk in the door. Whether you're dropping clothes off or picking them up, they get you in and out in under a minute. Alterations are always done well and of the highest quality. I have been getting most of my nice clothes tailored here since I was a little boy. I began coming here years ago with my mother and because of the amazing service, I have continued the tradition years later on my own. read more

Love how simple and fast things are here. I'm in and out in 2-3 minutes every time. The staff is so nice and always make suggestions on what to wash vs dry clean to keep the cost as low as possible. I dropped off a bag of clothes on Wednesday afternoon and asked if they could have it ready by Friday and it was. Love their flexibility and accommodating nature. read more

Good location, it's right behind the Starbucks and shopping center off Glenoaks Blvd. The owners are very friendly, they did a great job on the cleaning and quick turnaround time. There's also a really good tailor right next door that I tried too. I would come here again. read more

Don't get your shirts tailored there. Everything came out weird and uneven. I should've gotten them tailored at the store.

This is the most amazing place! Owners are really nice and friendly, nothing ever gets lost or ruined.

They can't find my wife's dress that she needed for tonight First time here since moved to burbank I was happy to find a close cleaner I came to pick up my stuff and as I write been waiting for 20 min for them to find it I just hope they haven't lost it since my wife needed that dress Let see Not coming back here ever again read more

Love the easy ness of go jog in and out, always less than 5 minutes never an issue to park . Prices are a it high for some items but worth it when you can run in and out . Never had an issue and I highly recommend read more

I've lived in Burbank all my life but I only recently stopped by Cricket West Drapery for the first time. I took a pair of jeans to be altered and a blouse to dry clean. The staff was very friendly and I was very happy with the dry cleaning for my blouse. The price was very comparable as well. (I think it was $4 for my silk blouse that has a pretty good amount of ruffles and detailing and $9 for my denim alteration.) I took away one star for the altering. I took my shoes that I normally wear jeans with and I had her measure the length there for alteration. After the first alteration, my jeans were still too long. They happily took it back and fixed the alteration for free. I definitely will continue to come here. :) read more

True act of kindness: My husband came home this morning with a big oil stain on his suit. I told him to take it to the dry cleaners immediately before the oil penetrates... One hour later he called me and told me he forgot $1,000 cash that he was going to deposit at the bank in the suit pocket. As I rushed to the cleaners I found the owner lady on the phone with my husband telling him that she had found his money. I was so touched by her kindness and told her I will share this story on face book and Yelp. Also we have been using their services for years and are super happy with them. Cricket West Cleaners, use them if you live in Burbank. read more

We have lived in Burbank more than 20 years and the staff at Cricket West has always treated my family with respect. Always smiling with a warm greeting - i - for as long as i live in Burbank, will always go to CricketWest. :) read more

Since moving to Burbank, I had put off taking my dry-clean-only items to get cleaned out of fear of finding a new place that might ruin my clothes. I decided to try out Cricket West because it was so close to my house and reasonably priced. I took 7 items here one day and, upon returning to pick them up, received only 6. I asked the counter person where the black lace dress I had brought in was and she said, "What dress?" Apparently they had lost it. I explained that it had been very expensive (for me - $180) and she promised that they would look for it and give me a call as soon as they found it. I never received a call, and I'm never returning to Cricket West again. An $180 dress, one of my favorites, gone forever. At least they didn't charge me; I guess that only makes it about a $150 loss. read more

Was visiting a friend in Burbank and needed a dress tailored in one day. Very professional and fast and affordable!! My friend had her dress cleaned too. Was under $10. Awesome! read more

Cricket West has been around for years! I've taken all my suits and casual wear there and they have gotten all stains out. Their prices are so affordable too. I think they would get a lot more business if they were located somewhere more visible. The location is in an alley but, not a scary or unsafe place. Most of their customers are local residents and we're enough to keep them going. They are also do good with alterations! read more

This dry cleaner is top notch! They provide excellent service at great prices and their customer service is truly exemplary. Drop something off, come back two days later and it'll be ready to go! What more can you ask for from your dry cleaner. read more

This cleaners is a bit out of my way, however, I make the drive down there simply because the quality here is worth the drive. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. The owners are great, very friendly professional, and great customer service. The lady that does alterations is absolutely a professional. I literally do not trust anyone else other than her with my high quality expensive garments. Her work is pristine, and damn near flawless, I love her. The prices are a bit more expensive than other cleaners.. but listen, you want quality you've gotta pay for it. Unfortunately I've had to learn this lesson the hard way in dry cleaning world. This place is friendly, consistent and professional, thank you Cricket keep up the good work. read more

Have been using this cleaners for 2 years now very generous people. My husband leaves money in his pockets all the time, they always return every single penny they find. Excellent service and very nice family. will recommend this place 100% read more

They charge $9.95 for a suit jacket only. yes, just for the jacket. I called a few places in the neighborhood and that's almost double. I won't be going back. read more

This place has constantly messed up my silk garments but never takes blame for it. Silly me for always returning because they are a walking distance from my house. They do a well job in pressing, dry cleaning but if you have to spot clean anything DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and ENERGY!!! Their cleaner is so harsh that it fades the garment and causes permanent damage. THey will argue with you that the garment was "like that"... The worse Cleaners EVER!!! i will never return there read more

I have been taking my items here for a long time. Cleaning mostly, some mending. Brought in a nice sweater with a collar lined in embroidered flowers to be cleaned. Took it home and noticed one flower was unraveled. Brought it back the next day to show them and have them fix it, and it took almost 10 minutes for her to accept the mistake. She finally said she would try to fix it. I demanded it fixed. It went in there in perfect condition. Just needed cleaning. We will see what happens. They lost my business! read more

Best cleaners within a 50 mile radius! From service to prices to quality of work. I live in glendale and have been coming to cricket for years now since my cousins, aunts, friends, sister etc have been coming. I've tried many that are closer to my house but is rather drive the extra 10-15 mins and know that my clothes are in good hands. Thank you cricket for always accommodating and above all taking such good care of our clothes!!! read more

Have used this cleaners for years. Recently their customer service has become horrible. They used to be accommodating and helpful. Now they seem to be charging more for alterations and everything is a "special" alteration, so a much higher price. What a shame! read more

I have been coming to Cricket West Cleaners for years and have always been pleased with the quality of the service they provide. Today, however, is the last time I will ever use their service. Reason, I took a simple work dress, lined, no sequence, not unusually soiled, not stained, did not have perspiration odor. I had worn the dress 3 times and decided I wanted it cleaned. When I pick up the dress they charged me $ 15.00, for a dress that was basically clean. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. They have lost my business going forward. read more

I would come here all the time my family would as well, and we take a lot of clothes when we go I wear business attire and so does my dad so when we take clothes it's at least 25 to 30 pieces. I took curtains to be hemmed and they quoted me one price and I made sure to ask if it was for ALL THE CURTAINS, and when I went to pick them up it was a quarter more than what they quoted me! When I told them the price they quoted me they shrugged it off like it wasn't a big deal and that's what pissed me off after all the business that we give them and all the people I referred over to that dry cleaners really angers me! I am going to make sure to let everyone that I have sent over what they did and they can say goodbye to my business and my family's business for sure!! For the price they charged me I could have bought a sewing machine and done it myself! Its just very disappointing to do business with someone for 15 to 20 years and they don't take that into consideration when you inform them the price they told you was less but it's sad to say that time doesn't matter to them they used to care about the service they provided but that's changed I guess. read more

I've been coming here for awhile and the staff is nice and my clothes always come back looking great.

New to the area so was very scared about who to trust with my bridesmaid's dress! They did a great job with the alterations and also mended some other clothing items. Found them pretty affordable, the hem for my pants was $30. read more

I live near the cleaners and they do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. They are professional, courteous and I couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

Three years ago they ruined my silk suit. It got faded and was not silky anymore. Two years age they ruined my suede jacket. Nice and warm camel color disappeared . Last week I took there one of my nice black and white dresses from Talbots, which had yellowish stain from armpit area. Not only the stain still was there, but garment got faded and they charged $13 for that. If you value your cloths, never take them there. They don't know how to handle good stuff. read more

If you value any of your clothing, do not take it here. I called ahead of time to see how much it would be to have 3 dresses dry cleaned (all of which had been worn only one time each). The employee, who was very difficult to understand and had a thick accent told me usually dresses are $9 a piece to dry clean. I had put off having my dry cleaning done out of fear that my clothes would be shrunk or ruined as they have been many times in the past but the staff reassured me they would not shrink or be altered in any way so I handed my items over and took a deep breath. I went to pick my items up the following week and much to my dismay, my adorable white and black striped dress from Macy's had turned purple all over the white rib cage area. There wasn't a speck of stain or purple at any time before I got them dry cleaned. When I asked the staff member who was assisting me what happened she stated "I don't know, maybe you have a sweating problem or something." She then went on to tell me that I could try bleaching it. First of all, people take their clothes to be dry cleaned to have a professional job done and second why would I put bleach on something that has black surrounding all of the white areas? I told her it was not like this when I dropped it off and she continued to argue with me saying "they already worked on it in the back so I don't think they can try again." With that all being said, it is clear that the dry cleaning service they provide is poor. I am not sure how they would do with simply pressing a garment but if it's anything like their dry cleaning, stay away! I now have a $90 dress from Macy's that is permanently ruined. Not only was one of my dresses ruined but they also charged me a dollar extra on each dress making it $30 total when the job wasn't even satisfactory. To put it simply, I will not be returning to Cricket West. read more
