WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES HERE!! I left with multiple damaged garments, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, he flatly refused to take responsibility and was extremely rude. No apology, no attempt to resolve it. I brought in several high-end items for dry cleaning, including two Tom Ford shirts.. one dress shirt that retails around $500 and one silk shirt that is over $1,000. Both came back in worse condition than when they were dropped off. One had visible discoloration and damage near the collar. The other still had a stain and clear fabric damage, including pulling, puckering, and distortion of the silk weave. One of these shirts had only been worn once and did not have any of this damage beforehand. On top of that, my Loro Piana cashmere sweater was returned with stains and the cashmere looks scruffy. What's most concerning is that no warning or explanation was given at pickup. None of the damage was disclosed... I only noticed it after carefully inspecting the garments at home. This isn't a missed spot or minor issue; it's permanent fabric damage consistent with improper cleaning or pressing. When I brought this to the owner's attention, I was told there was "nothing he could do." Not even an apology. When a cleaner accepts delicate, designer garments, there is a basic duty of care and transparency if something goes wrong. That standard was completely ignored here. Do NOT bring expensive or delicate clothing to this place. Tailoring may be fine, but the dry cleaning quality, professionalism, and customer service were unacceptable. read more

Adrian ruined my very expensive dress ON PURPOSE after I called out that he had left the slip under the dress 4-5 inches LONGER than the dress itself. When I went to pick the dress up the next day my dress had a triple snag in the back, running from the waist all the way to my feet. When I pointed it out to him, he refused to take responsibility. My dress was brand new, I have multiple pictures of it from the day when he received. His bad attitude, his arrogance, and the attempt to brainwash me is unacceptable. I am confident he did it on propose because he yelled at me when I pointed out the day before that he had left the slip longer than the dress. I was shocked and told him it's his mistake and I am the one who should be upset not him!! I had to ask him to stop yelling at me several times. I should've never left my dress with him after that. My husband has been bringing in his jeans to be altered to fit him, and they do such an amazing job that you cannot tell that they weren't bought off the rack like that. I just brought some linen pants to be hemmed, I made a mistake of what length I needed and I was called to come in and get them to the right length. Such a great value to have it so close to home and done in about a week. The inside is neat and tidy, has a small waiting area, and a little stall with curtain and mirror for fittings/try ons. I was going to a helpful Korean lady at my local dry cleaners but their business did not survive the pandemic, unfortunately. I have been coming to Adrian's for many years. Raffi is the absolute best. He always goes above and beyond. Both with dry cleaning and tailoring. I have had some insane requests and he always goes the extra mile to meet my needs. Like when he fixed some stains on our white chair cushions with difficult material. Recently I asked him to fix my daughter's backpack which had been ripped open in an attempt to wash it - I tried to fix it myself and figured it was probably a lost cause. The skirt needed to be taken in by over an inch -- so there was no way to pin or DIY it without it looking highly unofficial. First thing the next morning, I call Raffi at Adrian's Cleaners. They've been my go-to for dry cleaning and tailoring for years. I ask if he can do this rush, last-minute, emergency same-day alteration -- and he says yes! I rush over, he shows me how he'll tailor the skirt, and says it'll be ready at 5 pm. Surprise, he calls in the early afternoon to say it's ready now -- hours earlier than expected. I had 3 very challenging service needs: a long gown that needed to be shortened, a short dress with complicated materials & hem that needed to be shortened, and a blouse with very bad red stains all over that had already been laundered (setting the stains). I'm new to the neighborhood and needed to find a tailor to hem my pants. I chose Adrian's because the hours worked best for me to drop off early in the morning before heading to work on the west side. He agreed to have them ready in 5 days and said to come pick them up at the same time (it was 8am when I dropped them off) so I assumed he meant they'd be ready by 8am. I came to pick up but he didn't have them ready and pointed to the receipt which said that pickups are after 3:30pm. I wasn't able to pick up later that day before they closed since I work on the west side so I had to come back in the morning the next day. He remembered our mix up and said that I didn't have to pay him and apologized for making me have to come back twice. That was very unexpected and much appreciated! He did a great job too.
