Initially, I thought this was the place you bought the really, really good laundry detergent from...the ultimate Tide source. But it's not. It's actually a really nice dry cleaners with a side section that does alterations. Soooo...I'm cheap, so I bought some brand new Elbeco police shirts at Goodwill for $6.99...so instead of spending $120 online to get the short sleeve versions for work, I had the cool guys at Tide alter both shirts for $25.99 ea. It took a couple weeks, but they did a great job. Nice people at the counters, too. I'd definitely go back and even recommend this place to you too. Kinda boring review, but hey, they did the job and nothing else happened, and if you know alteration services, they almost all have bad attitudes and screw your order up. read more

Wow ok gotta love business evolution! This place has been a valley staple for a long long time. Flairs Cleaners as many have said here was an age old classic with top notch service and people. The family recently sold to a local Sherman Oaks family who then franchised via the Tide brand. The only thing that has changed is they use Tide for their laundry. Can't wait to try it out! Posting for awareness! read more

It's sad, cause we took all our stuff to Flair for 25 years or so, but when Tide took over they jacked the prices so much higher and did away with so many of the loyalty/member discounts, that I just won't go there anymore. The employees are the same and they were all great but, wow, our last couple of orders were SO expensive! Too bad. read more

8/7/26 I'm so glad that Tide CLEANERS kept the staff because they are always so nice and make you feel welcome! However, the price increase for laundered shirts is absolutely Highway robbery! $9 for a short sleeve man's shirt? No can do - after 30 years "adios" read more

Called for tailoring enquiry. Said to call back after 2 30. Called back after 3 00. Was told tailor still out to lunch and dk when he'd return. Whatta way to do business. This happened on Wednesday, August 12. read more

Very expensive, unfriendly staff! Apparently they have coupons that can only be applied at drop off and not at pick up and they didn't inform me about it at drop off! The prices are so ridiculously expensive that you feel you're being scammed! And the guy helping me at pick up was very rude and unfriendly! read more

Love the employees and location but the prices are INSANE! $16 dry clean linen shirt , $15 short sleeve Hawaiian shirt..: no more 30-40% off flair coupons. Done going here and it's so close to us. read more

Brought two tshirts in to get holes mended. The total came out to $81. Overpriced even for studio city.

I paid $250 to have my gown cleaned and it was returned with multiple stains. The customer service was also rude and uninformed. I would not recommend this location read more

Great tailoring. When I was there another woman came in and said she drove all the way from Santa Barbara just to come to this tailor.

I am grateful that the staff from Flair Cleaners were carried over to the new Tide Cleaners. Why? They have always provided A+ level service and are never afraid to make sure that the quality matches. There have only been a couple of times where something wasn't properly cleaned, and there was ZERO hesitation to have them redo it until it was to my satisfaction. That level of customer service is what keeps me coming back. I come to the store frequently, and there has NEVER been a time where the staff wasn't friendly, courteous and helpful. This consistency is what I was hoping would carry over . . . and it has. read more

I'll admit, I was a little nervous when Tide Cleaners took over from Flairs -- I wasn't sure what to expect. But honestly, they haven't missed a beat. The service is just as good, if not even better. Diana, the manager, is absolutely the best. The trust I have in her and her team is unmatched. I've accidentally left things in my pockets multiple times, and every single time they've called me right away -- never once an issue. They're truly the best dry cleaners I've ever used, and with their courtesy delivery service, it's an absolute no-brainer. Reliable, honest, and professional every single time -- can't recommend them enough! read more

Perfect dry cleaning and chocolate chip cookies await you. Coming here I am treated like an old friend, even though I am relatively new to there area. The employees are courteous and friendly, and whenI need something turned around speedily, that request is meant: and there is nothing to criticize about the finished work. ( And I am not related to anyone there, this review is true). read more

I like flare! I like Tide! They do a good job at cleaning your clothes without messing it up! Service is really great!

Yuri always welcomes me with a smile when I walk into this dry cleaner. She always has my order correct and make sure that I get my items on the day that I would like to get them. Tide Cleaners is also a good value for the services. They provide been coming here for 20 years and I love all the happy familiar faces. read more

I have been a loyal customer of Flair Cleaners for over 17 years. During that time, I never once had an issue and was always greeted warmly and treated with kindness and respect. Tide Cleaners took over ownership and many of the staff remain the same. I have had a few issues after the change of ownership, but mostly the staff has been friendly as always. During my most recent pickup, a brand-new dress was missing from my order. I called immediately and was told that after reviewing their cameras, they stated I had taken the dress with me, which I absolutely did not. I was invited to come in and view the camera footage, which I did. When I met with Raquel, I was met with an extremely rude and condescending attitude. She repeatedly insisted that I had taken the dress and essentially accused me of lying. The footage was unclear and certainly did not prove that the dress had been taken. She then told me I would need to return and speak with Diana, the manager. Later, when I called to speak with the manager, Raquel informed me that my dress had in fact been found. Unfortunately, when I asked for an apology for the way I had been treated, I was met with more dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. She continued with a "story" of why my dress had been missing which was inaccurate and unfounded. After 17 years as a loyal customer, I cannot express how disappointed I am in the way this situation was handled. The treatment I received was both disrespectful and unnecessary. Sadly, because of this experience, I will no longer be using this dry cleaner. read more

Been a customer for many years and always have great experience. Fast and consistent with friendly employees

The clothes are almost always cleaner than when I dropped it off! And love all the plastic.

I brought my wedding dress in to get cleaned and boxed away. They did such a beautiful job with my dress and paid attention to details. I would recommend Tide to all my friends and family! The place was very clean and all my interactions with staff members were positive. Everyone made me feel comfortably and not afraid to ask questions! read more

Picked up my laundry a bit early, and Jennifer behind the counter was as perky and efficient as any customer would hope. I've been a fan of Flair Cleaners since the '90s, so when it became "Tide" I was skeptical; I needn't have been: the new owners have outdone themselves with the quality of the cleaning, and the customer service! read more

I'll admit I was nervous when Flair became Tide Cleaners, but from day one it's been clear the service is every bit as wonderful! Diana and her whole team are the best. What really stands out (and feels almost old-fashioned in the best way) is how much they actually care. I brought in clothes with stains I thought were hopeless. They went above and beyond, telling me they wouldn't charge a dime unless they succeeded... and they did. That kind of integrity and empathy is rare. The team is efficient, human, and genuinely kind. Simply put, this is the best dry cleaner around. The new ownership clearly values the same high standards and it shows! read more

First time using Tide Cleaners and it'll be my last. I brought in a big batch of stuff from dress shirts to suit pants to sweaters to white suits. When I finally took everything out of the plastic at home, every single item had problems. Black shirts had white lines and hair fibers on them, white suits still had black marks, sweaters weren't properly cleaned. Some pieces even had little notes inside saying they couldn't get the stains out, but no one told me that when I picked up. They just charged me the full $325 anyway. Don't waste your money here. read more
