I've always been a supporter of this business, and I don't get caught up in drama or negativity. All I care about is whether a place runs well, treats people right, and does good work and this cleaner has always done exactly that. Any time I've gone in, I've been met with kindness, professionalism, and prompt service. My family and friends have had the same experience. So if someone walks in with bad energy or tries to stir up trouble, maybe that's the real issue not the business. If you're adamant about refusing to let someone dry‑clean your shirt because you think they "like Trump" then honestly, you're the problem, not them. All I can do is speak from my own experience, and mine has always been positive, respectful, and professional. read more

First time trying this place & I had a really good experience. Everything was ready for pickup within 24 hours, dropping off process was quick as well. Really easy and convenient, and everything came out great. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This guy ignored me as a customer and let me walk out without saying word. He did this while he talked to another customer right in front of me. He let me know that my business doesn't matter to him and is not important. He offered no greeting or gesture to let me know he will serve me next. In addition, he had FOX News on which was a HUGE red flag in these times! The owner or proprietor of this business is a TRUMP supporter so if your down with that, go at your own risk! read more

Is this cleaners in business? With the many great reviews, I gave it a try. I scheduled pick up online. Did not get a confirmation phone call or email as stated on the website, so I called. No answer. Message said to text so I did. No response. It's been 24 hours. Going to try another place, but wondered if anyone else has had a similar experience. read more

The cleaner does a fine job and the owner is nice, but I can't standby and watch half a dozen large snakes be held in captivity and very small tanks for the entirety of their lives. He has had them in his shop for years. They are not able to ever exercise or be outside or even stretch out to their full capacity. It's really sad. What a miserable life they have. And not to mention being exposed to all of the chemicals at a dry cleaner. IMO this is animal cruelty. read more

I service this business frequently. However, my most recent experience was less than what I expected. I had my sofa coverings dry cleaned because of a few stains. It is a very expensive sofa. The stain was pointed out when dropping off. When I picked it up, the stain was still prevalent and the owner didn't point it out. I had to return it to the store for him to say nonchalantly that he couldn't remove the stain. He was non apologetic and and blew it off!!! Also, I put an expensive sweater in, they "lost" the gold bar and never told me. Once again, I had to bring the sweater in. They asked me to leave it. I opted to take it with me for a better solution. He called me back and stated he "found" the bar. It was tarnished and damaged. Once again, he was nonchalant!!! Sorry, I won't be going back. read more

Impeccable customer service at this dry cleaner is what brings me here every time. They are reliable, honest, professional and very affordable. They go above and beyond to ensure the customers leave feeling satisfied and appreciated. Vick always enthusiastically greets the customers by name and it's always a delight to see someone going above and beyond in their job. He has found ways to make sure that walk-in customers get the best experience. I highly recommend and, if I could give them 10 stars I would read more

These guys are awesome. I live in a large apartment complex and the machines smell terrible, I don't trust the people at coin op laundromats so I take my laundry to Pick N Drop. I can count on these guys every week to take care of my favorite clothes. Prices are great, service is fast, and the new owners did a complete makeover of the business. Most dry cleaners are run by questionable old people that want your money. These guys are young and motivated to do business the right way. read more

BEWARE! This is under the same owners at Toluca Lake Dry Cleaners which has a ton of horrible reviews like the one I about to post. It is no wonder they changed the name of this location to not be associated with the horrible customer service of their other location. They have zero customer service and zero respect for clients. Ive taken in quite a few items to be dry cleaned which I did not have any issues with. However, i had the sleeves hemmed on a duster dress and it was $16 upon pick-up. Felt about the right price, although I know there are cheaper alteration places out there. I proceeded to drop off a new suit blazer the same day expecting it to be about the same price. They do not print prices on the pick-up receipts, so I was shocked when I went to pick up my blazer that they were trying to charge me $30. The normal young guy I typically deal with was not there, but rather an older man with glasses who was extremely rude to me when I asked why this was so much more than the duster I had just had hemmed. he argued with me for several minutes in a very rude manner, acting like he was smarter than me and like I was trying to get one over on them, when I was simply asking about the price difference. He finally told me I could come back and talk to the owner. I asked when he would be there and he said he is in and out; so I guess I just had to get lucky and keep trying back? No one has time to keep stopping back in at the freaking dry cleaners. Two days later I stop back in and he rolls his eyes upon seeing me and annoyingly says he remembers me and calls the 'owner' for me. That guy (Tony) just argued with me for several minutes on the phone, unwaivering that he could not discount it or he would lose money, and basically said I was a liar that Ive had this done at Milt & Edie's before for cheaper (why would I lie?). I told him I bring multiple things in here almost every week for the last two months for my sister and I, and dont appreciate this treatment after being a valued, repeat customer. I said we could just take out them hems and I wont pay for it at all to which he replied if we do that then he would charge me double. He told me to just take it for free, and dont come back. I told them I had no problem paying $20 for this and am not asking for anything for free. After I hung up, the stupid old guy just wanted to keep yelling at me, telling me i dont go and bargain at 7-11, so why would I do that here? He is extremely aggressive and rude. I repeatedly told them that I never knew the price beforehand and they should print prices on tickets or on the walls, but they just kept placing the blame on me and taking no responsibility for this confusion. they could have easily just said 'sorry for the confusion, these are the prices, lets make sure you know next time and we will honor a discount this time only', but they instead choose to get aggressive, raise their voices, give me attitude, not just drop it and move on, so they have forever lost two customers in us. This guy was literally yelling stuff at me as I walked out and to my car. We don't do business with chauvinistic foreign jerks who talk down to their customers. Toluca Lake is a small community and word gets around, so I would take caution in being so rude as a business owner. Side note- I have always been nothing but pleasant, friendly, and easy to deal with until you start talking down to me. read more
