He has altered so many of my dresses and pants over the years--anything I need shorter, smaller, or adjusted, I always trust him. The management has recently changed, and I had a chance to meet the new owner, Talha. He is very nice, polite, professional, and really cares about keeping the place clean and comfortable. They have already made some great improvements, including adding a proper fitting room for alterations, which makes such a big difference. I'm very happy to see all these positive changes. When I brought it up, the owner refused to take responsibility and insisted they did nothing wrong, which was incredibly frustrating. It didn't stop there--the alterations were just as bad. I paid $50 in advance to have a shirt adjusted, and the sleeves were cut far too short, permanently ruining it. I had to push just to get my money back. Between the damage to my clothes, the poor workmanship, and the lack of accountability, I will never come back. Please think twice before trusting them with your clothing
