Today I tried this laundromat for the first time and I was so happy I found this place! It very clean and not overcrowded-they encourage people to wait in the car while waiting for their load. I appreciated that they have lot of large load machines-from 6loads, 4 loads to 2 loads. They also have larger dryers too, which I liked. Here, they use card system to pay for the machines and I love it! I don't have to get coins to go to the laundromat anymore. read more

If you already have a spot, you're not missing out, but if you're looking for a spot, this place isn't bad. They take most standard forms of payment, both cash and card, but it must be put on a card provided there. You then use the card for using the machines. I have been coming here for years, but it's time to cut ties. Their prices are very very high $6 per wash and 0.75 cents for 10 min wash, which usually takes at least 3x0.75. The facility is clean and staff is friendly, but gotta watch the dollar. Ozon free facility is not the winning point at this juncture, but rather my wallet. read more

Never again there's one particular lady that lost one of socks lost 2 of my boyfriends socks on top of that my clothes came back with stains all over my shirt and pants my expensive banks destroyed! The first incident they refunded me $6 for a lost sock it's ok to get the money back but you can't replace the item. This place is lousy mismanaged and poor service. I found a new laundry mat that pays attention to detail and is careful with clothing. I suggest taking it somewhere else the lady's here are lazy don't like to clean and will take your money. I have been coming to this laundry mat as a loyal customer for a lot of years. I have watched prices go with sky high, but kind of looked a blind eye because it's clean it's nice and I like the people that work here. That is until today. This will be the third time I have used their large washer which is now over $10 to wash your clothes this is also the third time that my fabric softener has not dropped into my laundry making my towels blankets sheets and comforters not soft at all. I brought it to their attention the last two times which they just kind of shrug their shoulders and tell me that they'll pay for it next time.The same people are not there when I return, the attendant did pay for me to do my laundry today. it happen again today, I was then told that I have to pour water into the space where the fabric softener goes. Are you kidding me? This washer is $10, so the attendant tells me she will dry one load of laundry for me which is a total of $4.50. So let's do the math I have spent a total of $30 on that one washer, I was reimbursed one time which was today which was $10, and then another 450 on my wash dryer, so I am still out a whole bunch of money this place is so expensive and this will be my last time here. I'm not really complained about this last thing but it is irritating, when it's 47° outside in the morning at 6:30 could you please close the damn doors. I'm always told that the manager says the doors have to stay open, it's freaking freezing in here at 6:30 in the morning when it's 47° outside. read more

I was exercising across the street and noticed this place so I thought I'd give it a shot. I had no idea a laundry mat could be this clean. They use laundry cards instead of change. Diane was extremely helpful in getting me acclimated to this new system as she saw me struggling to figure out where to insert money. I love the tables in the back with the really big windows overlooking Victory and the wifi. The environment makes it super easy to get into a work groove while you are waiting on your laundry. Tons of natural light comes in which only adds to the already existing happy-vibe environment. Just opened next to 7-11 so all of the washers and dryers are brand spankin new. I wandered over recently with my wet laundry and a pocket full of quarters when my apartment's washer broke down. To my surprise, this place doesn't take quarters! They use an automated kiosk that dispenses laundry cards, cash or credit card. So I ran back to my place, grabbed my Visa and got down to business. I believe there is a fee of one or two dollars to get a card from the machine and from there on out, the card is rechargeable (as long as you don't lose it!) There are a few dozen washers and dryers there of different capacities. As of February 2012, the single load machines (six of them) are $1.45, two load (20lb) machines are $1.75/$2.00(super soiled setting, whatever that is), three load (30lb) machines are $2.75/$3.05, six load (60lb) $4.85/$5.40, and finally, there are two enormous washers up front that are big enough for a small family to fit inside (not recommended) that costs around $6.50/load. Plenty of options when it's time to clean that king sized comforter again. Regular dryers are $.25/10minutes and the larger capacity dryers are $.45/10min. I haven't been there when it's crowded so I've been able to spread my laundry between two dryers to speed up drying. It's never taken me more than 10-20 minutes on high heat to dry a load that included sheets and towels between two dryers. There's wifi, a couple of flat screen TVs, tables in the back, plenty of laundry carts, a couple of vending machines- one selling detergent ($.75 for the smallest box) and one selling drinks and snacks. The place offers fluff and fold services as well but I never looked into the pricing. It looks like it's by the pound. Overall, it's a super clean place (the attendant wipes everything down often) and after the initial cost of the laundry card, not much more expensive than the other places in town. Leave your quarters at home though. read more

It's super clean, the attendants are helpful and nice, the machines are new and hold a ton. You need to purchase a laundry card and can reload as you need with cash or credit card, which makes it super convenient. There are tables and chairs, their A/C is amazing, vending machines if you forget your stuff, ample parking and a 7-11 for Slurpees and Big Gulps. Great location. All around win. read more

Meh, I don't like card laundry. But this place was clean and had a flat screen with Law and Order SVU (major bonus!) so I was happy to wait through my cycles. It seemed a little overpriced for the top loading machines to be $1.60, but I guess I was spoiled by my last apartment (a cycle was a dollar, other old apartment was 1.25, so going up to 1.60 is kind of a lot? Yeah I know it's literally quarters, but it adds up, AND is inconvenient, ya know?) I couldn't figure out the price of the other machines, or I'd comment. Perhaps I'd save money that way if I shoved it all in, but it doesn't really work to do a double load when you're sorting for cold wash, whites, and colors. Oh well. Dryer was 30 cents for each ten minutes, and you could add time by swiping multiple times. I stuffed in my two loads into one and did 30 minutes to be sure-- with a full set of sheets, jeans, clothes and towels, it was totally dry. Probs coulda done 20. I'll pretty much HAVE to come back, since I bought a card. But it's nice that you can watch TV, use the internet, and buy a Slurpee during your hour of chores. The other laundromat looks kinda shady and you'd probably feel the hour more. So probably worth the premium. read more

Not here you have to lad the card again and 10 dollar minimum . So dumb ??? They don't accept coins which I had some in my car . So what's the point ? The management could be nicer and more helpful... First they should do something in the busy hours to avoid people leaving their clothes just sitting for a long time in the washers after the cycle stops because other people needs to use them next, at least they should care... I asked the person in charge about a couple of washers that had been sttoped for a while with clothes inside and she didn't care she barely answer "I don't know" and continue walking away... Also be aware that if you forget something that could be valuable they will steal it even if you come back for it right away. Came here in the morning during the week, the employee had her mask barely covering her face. Under her nose. They have signs on the door to wear a mask, but why will people listen if the employees themselves arent wearing masks properly too? (While handling customers' clothes for the folding service!!) Noticed they often keep the door closed too. I dont get why they dont leave it open. People are constantly going in and out, and with covid, it doesnt seem like a good idea to keep it shut. Ive seen the employee even ask people to keep the door closed. I do like the general cleanliness of the place, and i like how you can use credit card to pay Also, i wish the workers would clean out the leftover bleach or softeners from the detergent queue. DO NOT COME HERE!! Their folding is SOOO bad. Everything folded into different shapes and sizes and wrinkled! What's the point of spending $40 for my clothes to look like this?! Some items were even inside out! It seems like a child folded this. Waste of money and time. Other laundry services charge LESS and do a better job. This place is very clean and has more large load washers than top loaders which makes washing bedding and the amount of laundry my household has much easier. They also have free wifi and parking. The staff is always extremely helpful and nice! They operate with a laundry card that you can only fill in $10 increments when using your card so bring cash if you don't want to load $20 since it always costs more than $10 when I go now that they've raised prices. Their prices definitely seem higher than anywhere else I've been and recently they just raised them higher! $.50 for every 10 min of drying seems pretty expensive to me when they take 40-50min.
