This laundry mat is in a small plaza. it's a decent size. I would say it's fairly clean. Has a security locked door that goes into affect after 10pm i believe. they leave instructions on how to obtain the pass code to enter because they are a 24/7 laundry mat. I haven't seen any workers here past 10pm here. I really don't interact with them only because i've never needed to. I come prepared. It's easy when all you're gonna use is the dryer so coins are my only need. I do recommend to try this laundry mat out if you're in need to wash and dry clothes. I believe they have fluff and fold service. they charge by the weight. not by the load. Give them a try. I feel it's secure. very well lit. It is under new ownership and all I have is nothing but positive reviews. Affordable, cleaned and dried my clothes well, but overall I believe it was the owners aura and talents that will bring him tons of business. His creativity, knowledge of business, designs, and music taste, definitely keep an eye out for what he has in store. I would definitely come here more often if I had lived nearby but more so I place this review to overall state that I would recommend The Fresh Cycle to anyone needing to get your clothes washed / dried. this is the best laundromat i've ever been to. it's huge and has 9 load (90 lbs!!) washing…read moremachines. sounds ridiculous but really helpful when you habe to wash towels and blankets and your la apt doesn't have W/D in unit. the washer got it done in 26 mins waiting on it now and there's a bunch of different size dryers i'm about to use too. lots of natural lighting so the place doesn't feel stuffy like a lot of laundromats. it still just takes coins only though but there's an ATM and coin exchange on site. only thing is the ATM charged a $2 fee so your laundry trip is a little more expensive than it needs to be if iou don't already have cash (by $2 ‍). they sell all the soap and drying needs on site too. i can at noon on a sunday and it's a large enough that no one was waiting for a machine , there's a surplus. this magnum size machine was $9.

The reason is because I wanted to give Erik, the night time employee, the thank you he deserves. This is a 24 hour laundromat and so Erik not only makes sure to take care of the laundromat, but has to deal with some sketchy people that tend to want to just hang out. I'm sure this is tough. Especially since he is actually monitoring the other laundromat that is around 1 mile away. Erik always makes sure to check up on me before he goes to the other location. Only because sometimes I would be the only one there. He makes sure that the location is clean. Inside and out. I have M.S. so sometimes at the end of doing my laundry Erik will notice that I am having some trouble loading up my car, so he will always offer to help me. It's the little things that he does to show that he cares for the people that come in that keep me coming back. Thank you Erik for getting to know your customers. It's the small things that have the biggest impact.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.
