I've been a loyal customer, However, the staff working on Sunday nights has been very disappointing. This is the second time I've had an issue. The employee refuses to open the bathroom door, even when it's clearly needed. I was already folding my clothes, but I had to leave with them unfolded because my child needed to use the restroom, and I did as well. When I asked, she said she couldn't open it. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. she treats male customers differently, which feels very unprofessional and unfair. read more

this is the best laundromat i've ever been to. it's huge and has 9 load (90 lbs!!) washing machines. sounds ridiculous but really helpful when you habe to wash towels and blankets and your la apt doesn't have W/D in unit. the washer got it done in 26 mins waiting on it now and there's a bunch of different size dryers i'm about to use too. lots of natural lighting so the place doesn't feel stuffy like a lot of laundromats. it still just takes coins only though but there's an ATM and coin exchange on site. only thing is the ATM charged a $2 fee so your laundry trip is a little more expensive than it needs to be if iou don't already have cash (by $2 ‍). they sell all the soap and drying needs on site too. i can at noon on a sunday and it's a large enough that no one was waiting for a machine , there's a surplus. this magnum size machine was $9. read more

Robyn is the best!! Very personable and helpful, she's an asset to the operation. This laundromat is super clean and they have MANY machines in all different sizes. The prices are a bit high, but the wash and dry times actually take less time than my apartment's wash/dry machines. Clothes are washed within 20min, dried within 30-40min. The employees there are constantly cleaning and maintaining each machine that is used. read more

I was washing and placed my bin on top of the washer and a customer came and told me to move my bin because she needed the space ( of my washer that I was using ) I would of moved it but she came with loud bad words cussing at me so I said no. She continued going on wishing me death. I told her to stop yelling because my son was watching. She didn't care and continued running her mouth. This place is great. It's spacious and has good machines. Water is nice and hot and the dryers only take 2-3 loads. for ($.25-.75) The only downsides? The $2.50 washers leak water all over the floor and it's REALLY hot in here. no matter what time of day it is- it's sweat-inducing hot. other than that, pretty good. read more

It was pretty clean in my opinion. I'm sure keeping a big place that clean is challenging but they do a pretty good job.

This place is great. It's huge and all the machines are new. It's also very clean. I hope it stays this way forever. The area was quiet around 8pm during the weekday. I'll be back again to wash clothes. The only thing was that someone allowed their children to run around the facility like it was a park. Third time here and shame on me for not learning my lesson the first two times. It never fails that at least one washer doesn't work. The staff takes a long time to just stop the machine and move my clothes to one that works. Waste of time, money and detergent. Please do NOT come here ! They claim their hot water doesn't work as well and other days claim their cold water is the problem. Super frustrating read more

I've never been to a laundromat like this... they have a kids play area, vending machines, bathrooms... the whole nine Attendant is very friendly. They have huge machines for blankets :) :) The coin machine ripped me off for $.50 but whatever... Clean and close to home. It wins! read more

Clean, well lit, great staff; I wish I lived closer so I could come here regularly. I dropped my son off for training at the Ralph's up the street and dropped in to do our laundry while I waited for him. Great laundry !! Very spacious! What caught my attention was the play area . I'm glad they changed out the foam rug with wood floor. The laundry is never hot has ac running all day, they also play music mostly Spanish on a stereo the ladies are always cleaning and are available if you need help. read more

Really like this laundrymat a lot I live 2 blocks away from it and I still come to this one even though there are closer ones from my home. theres always parking, machines r clean and the place itself is clean. Like any other laundrymat sometimes it gets busy but u won't wait more than 5mins for a machine. Just went to this place today, my dryer has been out for a couple of months now. I was desperate to finish some laundry since it was raining and I couldn't use a clothes line. The place across the street was closed despite saying open 7 days a week so I ended up here. I've never used these machines before and the attendant was really patient, letting me know how to use the machines and how much time it usually takes. Even the people there to do their laundry were nice if I had a question. I was able to connect to wifi on my laptop while I waited. I was having issues connecting at first, but eventually got it to work. The facility was also very clean and didn't look run down at all. There is a "Now Open" sign out front so we will see how long it lasts. But at least for now it's a convenient and well kept place with friendly staff. I was very happy with the place and will most likely return. read more

I have coming here since it opened very nice are and clean to wash enjoy the music played all the time I only like to some early morning due to it getting full toward the middle of the day and which I have noticed that Rosa is there the only attendants which is nice and accommodating and attentive when we go I have visited in the past and have experienced other attendant suheidy which is rude and inattentive and most of the time spends on her phone then helping clients it has made it harder ti get there since we moved further but it's the only place I trust of course when Rosa is working . read more
