It was super easy to schedule a pick up online. Their prices are also listed online which is convenient. Additionally, they are available by phone or text which was important to me as I like to have a person to reach out to right away should I have any questions or issues. They communicated well and let me know when they'd be arriving. After my pickup, I got an e-mail with the price of my laundry bundle and a link to pay online. Clothes were done sooner than expected and they let me know when they were on their way. They were folded neatly in nice bags. First time customers also get a discount which was a nice gesture!
