If I could give this place negative stars, I would…read more I first started coming here about 2 years ago. It was AWESOME! The staff was nice, they had daily promotions and all the machines worked. Since the new "management" has taken over, it has gotten worse. They fired all the workers and hired people who don't care about the customers at all. Most of the machines don't work. The prices change weekly with no signage. Kids run around and no one says anything...mainly because it's the employee's kids. Is this a playground or a laundry mat? Completely unsafe for the kids/babies. The employees don't know how to redeem the Yelp special that is advertised here. They looked like deer in the headlights when I showed it to them. Lately, I've started seeing roaches in and around the machines. I will no longer go to this "community" laundry. Don't try to get the phone number to speak to the manager. It is not posted and the employees won't give it out. It used to be posted, but it has disappeared. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Take my word for it, you will not be happy.

I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! The place looked fairly clean for it being open for 24 hours! The staff was great and welcomed me when I walked in the door. The machines were of ample size and the dryers were free, which definitely helps customers save money over time. I actually had time to study here and grub on a few, tasty tamales that were being sold streetside. There aren't any outlets, so come with a charged phone if you plan on staying for awhile. I've had great experiences here and hope that this business continues to stand for many years. It'll definitely help out those in need looking for a place to do laundry at any time of the day!

Where you put the soap at are disgusting with old buildup soap from other peoples soap because they aren't clean. This laundry mat needs to get closed down!!!!!! The bathroom are dirty. They will smell like mold wet clothes that's been sitting for days. They do an excellent job on all my dry cleaning needs. Prices are reasonable and the turn around time is about 2 to 3 days, depending on how many items I bring for wash or dry cleaning. The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus.
