Where you put the soap at are disgusting with old buildup soap from other peoples soap because they aren't clean. This laundry mat needs to get closed down!!!!!! The bathroom are dirty. No soap and no lock so anyone can walk in at anytime! It's disgusting since a lot of homeless come in here. Also, your clothes will not smell good. They will smell like mold wet clothes that's been sitting for days. The dryers also suck they turn off after 5 seconds of turning them on so you have to watch your dryers to make sure they actually dry!! Also some dont heat so you also have to be checking to make sure they dry. My clothes has to be double washed because all it does is put out soapy water when it's in rinse because of all the buildup soap! 11 bucks for a big machine!!! Now having to do double will cost 22 dollars just to wash out the soap!!! You are better off going to the laundry mat down the street from here on 92nd and central ave!!!! The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus. Having the doors closed makes the space feel stuffy and uncomfortable, and it creates an unnecessary inconvenience for customers coming and going. It doesn't seem like anyone voices this concern, which is likely why it keeps happening. Management should address this and ensure the doors remain open as intended.

(up $1.00) $6.50 - - Qty.: 4 (60 lbs.) (up $1.00) $9.00- $9.50 - - Qty.: 1 (80 lbs.) (up $1.75-$200) DRYERS 25 cents per 10 minutes This was the same as the price I encountered in 2022. I am not sure if the ten minute timer setting has remained the same or not because my drapes stated not to dry them... a.k.a. I didn't use the dryers. DRYER SIZE: 2 loads - - Qty.: 42 NON-FUNCTIONING: None of the 20 lbs washers (5) were functional. 1 of the 60 lbs washers was out of order (motor bearing) MISSING IN ACTION: I noticed that the charging station was no longer where it used to be, so maybe that is completely gone. If so that sucks because that was an awesome thing to find at a business like this. Overall, I really didn't look around much, as my wash didn't take much time.
