I think this place is either about to close or they going to redesign the place. The dryers say they take card or coins but the card machine has been inoperable for almost 2 months. Most of the washing machines have something wrong with them. Not to mention they cut down on the laundry baskets. Today I didn't have a basket because of the selfish patrons snagging 2! This place has really lost its touch. i've had several things stolen here. there's never any carts available because they only have like 5, the machine to add money to the card is mysteriously always broken & half the machines are always out of order. there's rarely an attendant on site to help you get your money back when a machine malfunctions and the bathrooms are from a horror scene. i've been coming here with my family for the last 4 years and this last year was terrible. dirty, broken and expensive. save yourself the troubles. not worth it. read more

This place is huge, clean and cooler then most laundry mats. There was only one other person doing laundry when I walked in on a Thursday at 4:30pm and six people when I left at 7:30pm. I love that I can do tap to pay however I dislike that I can't add more time to the dryer this way. You get 33min to dry for $2.00, the smallest washing machine (top loader) is $3.25, ground loader is $3.50+ and the largest machine (eight loads) is $8.50+ There are a handful of machines that are either out of order or cash only but it didn't really affect me. They have a snack machine but I do wish they had beverages but 7-11 is just across the street so that's convenient. read more

I dont know what happened, I've been coming here for years and it's probably the last time I come. The fluff and fold service here is plagued with missing items, when you complain you get the managers email. Then you reach out and get false promises, or empty apologies. The old company ran this location way better, the service personnel were caring, hospitable, and took care of your items. I would suggest going somewhere else to get fluff and fold service. It's sad because there are a few people that do stand out and actually take care of your items. But the leadership personnel needs to be reviewed, and changes made. read more

I came here for the reviews and was not impressed. The machine to break change was not working. I asked for assistance and while the girl was decent she needed me to purchase something from her shop in order to break my $20 bill. The card itself was $1 so I figured she could charge for the card fee and put the remaining balance on the card so I can pay for the laundry. She kept saying no, I needed a single dollar for the card ITSELF or purchase from her store. Why should I purchase from her store to begin with? It was frustrating dealing with her because it made no sense to bring an additional $1 if I had a whole $20 bill she could break and as I mentioned before the machine to break bills wasn't working. She could have made an exception. Anyways we both got annoyed of each other, I needed my laundry done and she needed to help me so she showed me what I needed to do. I think that was the only positive in this. I rarely go to laundromats but I needed a bigger machine and this was the closest. Need to do a better job removing clothes from washers/dryers after 15 minutes. We informed the employee here about it because their were no open dryers and there were 4 dryers past 15 minutes. She pointed out open dryers that were out of order and I told her that they weren't working and was surprised. She said she knew whose clothes those were and went to look for the person but she wasn't here 10 minutes later the lady returned and started emptying her clothes from the dryer. The employee kinda let her know about the 15 minute rule but it sounded like they were buddy buddy and we're just laughing about it afterwards. One of those dryers were sitting there for 28 minutes. No!!! I had the worst experience today. I went home which I live about five minutes away came back. My clothes was out of the dryer. The young lady that worked there gave me my white clothes, but told me that she couldn't find my color clothes that there was no color clothes in the dryer. To make the story short, I called the manager he looked at the cameras. He saw me put my color clothes in the dryer and I told him that the young lady that works there has bags back there, and I need to look in there, and I need to look in the back room When I went back in the laundromat all of a sudden my clothes appeared clear. I've been coming here off and on for about a year. When I comforters or blankets to wash I come here. The have large washers and their dryers are great items are completely dry. I would wash in the morning and I must admit there cleanest was a hit and miss. I will say I didn't see an attendant during the time when it was unkept. This morning I was pleasantly surprised.it was extremely clean . As I was trying to put money on my spin card a young lady asked if I needed help. She help me with my purchase. She was so polite. As I waited for my clothes to dry I saw her vacuuming under the dryers!!! Wow . I don't know who this attendant is but she is great!!! This by far has got to be the cleanest and most efficient laundromat I have ever been to. HUGE selection of washers, from the small 3 load size, up to the huge, Cal King comforter size. Good selection of dryers as well, from the normal up to the big, throw all your wet stuff into one dryer. They've got a sink with HOT and cold water with hand soap to was you hands, or maybe to presoak something. Plenty of folding tables for everyone also. 1 restroom, with baby changing table, VERY clean. (No coin needed to get in) The washers are state of the art with multiple functions and options. And both washers and dryers offer several payment types, Coins, Bills, ATM/Debit cards, or their own Loyalty card. I use the loyalty card because if you put $20 in it, they give you $5 FREE! Open 7 days a week and they have laundry services available if you just want to drop off your dirties. The ladies that work there are all very friendly. So why only 4 Stars? This laundry facility visually is nice but the attendants are very limited. I came here to do my laundry on a Sunday to get my clothes smelling fresh for the next work week and what I thought was going to be an hour / hour and a half turned into three hours because of a faulty washing machine "#33" the machine displayed an error message and I was not able to retrieve my clothes because the door remained locked! Completely helpless! They have numbers posted all throughout the laundry to call in case of a emergency which I did over 50 times with no answer! Voicemail after voicemail , call after call , email after email with no response. I have literally an hour to get to work with wet clothes! Finally the store manager answered the phone with her stating that someone is supposed to be there between 2-4pm but she made it herself within 15min to assist. If you are going to be a store manager and have an emergency number posted throughout the store. You need to answer the phones whether you are busy or not it's your duty as a manager that you agreed to. Not returning here to an unstaffed laundry facility. read more

This is the first time I was disappointed by how unclean it was. 2 weeks ago they were looking for a hire, and it seems they may have hired the wrong person or they didn't go over expectations. Every staff person prior to has kept the laundromat really clean, which is why I keep coming and have recommended this place. Today the machines, floors, everything was dirty. So I've been coming here since they opened and service gets worse each time. They recently under new management and it was bad before it got worse. Their equipment is always not working. They have less carts now. They go by a card system or coins however coin dispenser is never working nor are the workers able to exchange dollars for coins like other establishments. The card method works when it feels like it in the past I've had to get 3 different cards because it wouldn't let me recharge and now dispensing cards won't work either. And I understand it's a mashing it takes time to fix however I've been there several times now and it's never working. They do provide an option to use your credit card on each machine but banks will block your card when they see several small balances from places because they feel it's been stolen. They also have the option to drop and go meaning they wash your clothes for you, before I would pay 15 for each bag 30 for 2, this last time I was getting charge 75 dollars, like I everything is going up but that's more than double. So this last time opted to wash on my own because their system wasn't working I wasn't able to get change nor recharge my card so the workers asked me to give her cash and she would use her card for this time, great I thought good customer service. However then I was told that her manager was upset and I was supposed to just stay with my clothes fully wet. In conclusion over price and bad customer service. Ok so this was my first time trying it after I being wanting to come since they open. I came for the first time to use the big washers so I wouldn't get take one day doing it at home. They place it's really clean, the washers and dryers are new of course which it's great! I love the fact that the machines accept all type of payments it's lovely not having to go to the bank and get money and change it to bills at the laundry and on top of that in coins, just totally love it. BUT, there's always a but. When I was going to use the dryer. I wanted to put the double time since the beginning, and I put the $1.75, and I started putting the other coins when I had put $1.00 on top and I notice that the time wasn't going up. When I asked the lady that was working there what had just happened? Then she said that these were not like the other laundries, that either you put the whole money for another round you can just add a little time. I told her okay that's fine but where are the signs that says that and where is my money, and she said oh well you lost it, they don't trust me enough to have the keys. So like really! I was in the area and needed to wash my clothes. I'm from Long Beach and the laundry mats over there are always packed and I have to wait for an available dryer. I passed by this place and I went inside. It's so nice in here. Cons: 1. The AC doesn't seem to work. It's so hot but the lady advised me to sit next to the door so I'm ok lol 2. The price is on the higher end but so far the machines haven't given me a problem so I am pretty happy about that. 3. You can't add quarters to your dry. It has to be 1.00 per dry. Pros: 1. You can pay with your card or in cash 2. This place is really clean 3. No kids running around. I've been trying to find a place where there are no kids running into me. 4. The machines work. 5. This laundromat is new, hi tech, and very clean. Haven't had any negative experiences coming here until today. My wife and I were getting ready to dry our clothes when a person offered to give us the rest of their time from their dryer, there was about 20 minutes left. We gladly accepted. As the drying time decreased I added more quarters, expecting the time to increase. However, that was not the case. The time remained the same. I told one of the workers what had happened, as she had her nose in her cell phone. She responded by shrugging her shoulders and telling me that you have to pay for the entire drying time. Not in increments like every other laundromat dryer in America. I told her that I didn't see any posted signs informing us of that policy. She just gave me a blank stare and told me to come back in the morning for a refund. It's not about my refund, it's about the lack of communication. Loved this place when they first opened. The staff were clean, courteous, and friendly. However upon my 3rd visit the night time personnel was very rude and not helpful. I was having trouble setting up the electronic app and he was socializing with other patrons. He had not once offered to help as he was informed that I was struggling. Nevertheless, he then informed me it was 8:45 and I could not go to my car. I did not know this policy as I had never encountered this issue before. I want management to take a look into how things are ran, and provide more attentiveness to your patrons as we want ease and convenience as well as good vibes.
