I found this laundromat near my place of employment over a year ago and have been doing my laundry here ever since! The location is really convenient and there is plenty of parking. I've learned to visit on Wednesday evenings because that is when Lourdes, the attendant, works. She keeps the facility sparkling clean and is always available if you need assistance. This is very important to me as There is nothing worse than folding your clean laundry on a dusty and dirty surface. I've been coming here for about a year, clean, more than enough machines to use. Wifi included! The only problem with this laundromat is the fact that the owners have not and will not invest in AC. I first came last year during summer and it was horribly hot and uncomfortable to do laundry. I had to go elsewhere after a sweaty day of doing laundry. I just talked to a staff worker today and she said that they just added a air blower duct system which is composed of just 3 exit vents, totally under achieving for a place as big as this laundromat. You figure the owner or owners would invest in a practical solution for the place, seeing that we the customers are investing into the business ourselves. At least put ceiling fans or a big ass fan (yes that's the name of those commercial roof fans) to help offset the awful heat. How many complaints do you guys need? read more

I enjoy coming here because it's clean and I can use my card if I didn't bring enough change for my load. There's a lot of load size options to choose from. Different washer and dryer options depending on your needs. You can also get a loyalty card for $20 and they will add an additional $5 to your card. Not bad. Honestly, it's a very nice place. This is the best laundromat I've ever used. Not only is it very clean, but it's chic looking . They have a tv w cartoons for kids to watch, since we all know they can get restless when doing laundry. But what I love best is that you have the option of paying via cash, card or by their store credit! Every other laundry that I had been to would charge me 3$ to use the ATM so I can use their services. Clean facility with plenty of different size washers. I love that the machines accept credit cards. Makes it easier then having to put in a bunch of quarters. I came to wash my winter blankets me and my kids. I was able to wash all of them in two of the large capacity washers. I love that everything is digital and they offer a loyalty wash card that is reloadable. They have a decent size flat screen and a sofa area to sit and watch. Unfortunately my dryer broke down. I had 1 machine to dry and 1 machine to wash. (Small by the way). I got to this place because it looked nice. As soon as I closed my washing machine the Friday night lady walked over to me and was so upset I put my machine as if I knew it was "closed" she rudely asked who let me in? It was 8:40pm and she said they close at 8:30pm then she said 8:40pm. The door was opened, she was too busy chatting in the back with a man. That's not my fault the door was OPEN. There were 3 other people with lots of clothes still washing. She told me I was not going to be able to dry. Then she said I could dry fast. Then she came over again and said that I better not stay there and fold. Again there was another person with so much more clothes. I did wash and folded my 2 small machines and left yet still there was people folding a lot more clothes. I'm very considerate and understanding. If she would've approached me in a different way I would've definitely understand. However, she was extremely rude and kicking me out when it was not my fault she left the door open and I didn't see any policy stating the door closes at 8:40pm. I rather drive a little further than coming to a place I felt attacked by the employee. read more

I wouldn't recommend someone coming here right now only because their ac isn't working, MANY people come here and with the heat of everyone, the machines and moving around it gets very difficult to breath with your mask on!!! This isn't my first time coming while the ac hasn't been working it's been about 3 weeks since I last came and they still have an ac problem but the staff/workers require everyone to wear a face mask. I recently started doing my laundry here so I've only been here a handful of times but it is by far the cleanest laundry lounge I've been to. The loads are not that bad in price but I don't mind paying a little extra for washing and drying my clothes in clean, new, up dated machines. Very satisfied with the attendants, Esmeralda is my favorite. She has been very helpful and attentive to my washing needs when she is there. Who ever is managing this location is doing a great job. Surprisingly, I love washing at this laundromat. It is very homey and the attendants are all wonderful. Yessica is always very attentive and friendly. She makes my daughters and I feel welcome. On Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at about 8pm I came to this laundromat for the first time. It's been a very long time since I have had to use a laundromat and I must say this was the best experience ever! The attendant (Tere/Teresita) was very friendly and helpful. She was always walking around asking customers if they needed anything. Due to the fact that I hadn't washed my clothes since my washer broke I had a lot of clothes to wash. As a result, I was there well past the closing time of 10pm. Tere was very kind in not rushing me out and even helped me gather all my items before leaving. I will definitely come back again! This laundry is clean, you can pay with quarters or by credit card, all machines were working, and somebody was there to help you if you didn't understand what to do. I felt safe. I used to come here awhile back and there was a very friendly person working here! If she's gone try to find a suitable replacement for this girl! No complaints! Very clean! It seems a big pricier than most laundromats but it's very well worth it. The attendants are SUPER helpful. The machines accept Apple Pay android pay debit card and coins. They also have the option to purchase a reward card which you load with money for use. They have plenty of baskets that you can wheel out to the parking lot to load and unload clothes from your car. Laundromat is OK, the 2 load washers suck. It left my clothes soaked. I told the employee here about and of course. She says i put to much stuff in there, even though it says 2 loads. The dryers seem not to dry as good either.. I had to keep putting in quarters in the dryer so it would completely dry my clothes. Only good thing about this place is being able to use my credit card and not have to carry around a bunch of quarters.. At least i tried it but won't be coming here again. read more

It's probably one of the best laundromats have ever been to. It's modern, clean and easy to use. Lots of washer and dryers. Large space and plenty of folding tables. It's always clean and the staff is nice.One of the things that I love the most is that you can use your debit card to pay or put cash on a loyalty card. Every time I load $20 I get a $5 extra of credit. That's a big washer free. They also have machines that give you change like the other laundromats. They have a huge parking lot. It does get busy some days more than others. I went to a laundromat in Downey off of paramount Blvd because this laundromat was packed. I regret completely. This place I went to had signs every where. The person working wouldn't let me add more than a 1cup of detergent for the washer I was using. It said 60lb washer. But she recommended me to add lot of fabric softener. Then asked me if I had a measuring cup. I'm doing laundry not baking a cake.The place was small compared to here. After seeing her harass everyone that walked inn and clocking people people out by 8. I'll never make that mistake again I'll stick to this place. It's worth the money you pay. read more
