I understand that the machines are new and likely need to be paid off along with the renovations but in this economy most people are looking for less expensive places to do their laundry. The smallest machine is $3.75 and the largest is $9.75. My wife and I used the second smallest machine which was $5.75. We were able to all the clothes she wore for the week and the few clothes I accumulated since the middle of the week. The dryers here are massive and they only cost $1.50 for 24 minutes. You can add more time we ended up adding a few quarters to make it 40 minutes but I could tell the clothes were dry after about 30 minutes. I'm not sure what the other reviewers witnessed but the facility was very clean and the air conditioning felt great. I'm not sure what the gentleman's name was but he was attentive and offered assistance as soon as I came in the door. I'm giving a five star review for the atmosphere and customer service but a 4/5 for the pricing.

It's very clean, with brand new machines and very well maintained location. I never felt like I was wasting time waiting on broken equipment. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It's obvious the owners take pride in the business. There are plenty of washers and dryers, the machines work well, and my clothes came out clean and dried quickly. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. Laundry isn't exactly fun, but this place made it about as easy and stress-free as it can be.

Sometimes we come early Monday and Fridays and it's a bit more busier. Some dryers and washers aren't always working from time to time but overall most are in good condition. We usually do a medium load and it's $4.50 and we do 2-3 loads at a time. Dryer is $.25 cents for 10 minutes. They have the option to do quarters still but I love the pay range app that we can use now. All you need to do is download the app and upload cash to it and you can use it for the washers and dryers instead of carrying around cash to get quarters. The workers are really friendly as well and keep everything running smoothly. If you get hungry while waiting there's a fantastic burger down the way which is .

[The Bad] It's policies may or may not be common, their no-dry-if-clothes-have-not-been-washed-here practice? That policy must have been recently implemented as the brusk man, who couldn't bother to "meet and greet" nor make eye contact, mumbled something then pointed high to a marker-utilized, hand-scribbled "no dry if no wash" sign (paraphrased). Dryers are also coin operated, so there's no revenue loss... Bottom line, an attractive business loses its luster, mostly with noxious "customer service" accompanied with insular policies - by the way, courteous reasoning with staff is useless. Good riddance.
