I really don't think I'll be doing laundry at my mom's anymore when I can just come here and relax and get my 4-5 weekly loads done within an hour!! Washes are a little pricey but worth it! Free dryers on the bottom row!! (That makes up for the pricey washes ). Thank you very much Laundromat of Downey! So clean and convenient!! So easy!! They do an excellent job on all my dry cleaning needs. Prices are reasonable and the turn around time is about 2 to 3 days, depending on how many items I bring for wash or dry cleaning. The ladies working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile goes a long way and for me, that's a plus. Will keep bringing my business to this place, it is very close to home and so far, my experience has been great.

The chronicle of whirlpool 2010 is to be continued; while I await for the revival of my beloved dryer, I discovered the Drop N Go Laundromat. Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm in need of this service, & of course I forget the detergent & fabric softener. Luckily this place has it all! A vending machine with both liquid and powder detergents. There's also fabric softener sheets and liquid. There's a few TV's, free wifi, & vending machines with snacks. Also there's a 711 next door, if you feel they don't have what you're seeking. Everything is paid by charge card. I appreciate the owners thinking ahead of time and having this place stocked with the necessities. The facility is very clean, and they also offer services to dry and fold. I spoke with a staff member today and she's also very nice. And so, the saga continues. Stay tuned for the resurgence of whirlpool 2010; if & when she returns she will be given a name, farewell & goodnight. Update: I conversed with the staff, tonight's employee Miriam. 5 stars to Miriam, she is very passionate about her job. I told her how my dryer went out and that I would be back in, until I purchase a new one. She walked me through all her preventative cleaning procedures and recommend I come back for heavy duty items so I don't exhaust my washer or dryer. I loved all her pointers. Miriam is very welcoming and kind; & because of her excellent customer service, I will be back as a consistent customer.

I've actually been hesitant to write this review because I used to enjoy coming here so much, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. I really hope they can get back to the quality they used to provide.

I returned the curtains for her to fix them and she ruined them a second time. Now the curtains are too short to be altered a third time and I had to purchase new ones. The owner refused to reimburse me, let alone speak with me. Mind you, the replacement cost for the curtains was only $15. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of this place. I've gone to a couple laundromats in the area, but this is definitely the cleanest and well kept one around. The staff that was present was also super friendly and everything worked well. Overall, Deluxe Coin Laundromat is definitely a place I will come back to for its cleanliness.

Machines not working properly…read more Sent several messages to the owner and only to be left on "Read" with no response after 3 messages. The machine that was faulty that took my money still didn't have a NOT working sign on, and I asked the Onsite worker is that particular machine is not working. I asked him to put a sign stating that as people are most likely loosing money since I've been here last week.
