Uncomfortable interactions and poor customer service…read more I really wanted to like this laundromat. At first it seemed clean and convenient, but over time the experience has gone downhill. Several of the larger machines now smell bad, which is already an issue. On top of that, interactions with staff have consistently been uncomfortable. Anytime we ask to break a $20 or $100 bill (which is pretty standard at laundromats), the response is dismissive or flat-out refused, without explanation or effort to help. The tone from staff often comes across as condescending rather than professional. There also seems to be a communication barrier, which wouldn't be a problem on its own--but instead of trying to clarify or help, it creates tension and frustration for customers. Most recently, we were told we couldn't start a wash late in the evening, only to watch another customer be allowed to do so minutes later. No explanation, no apology. Between the odors, inconsistent rules, and uncomfortable staff interactions, the overall vibe just isn't welcoming. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this place falls short. Any efforts being made to clean the machines have not resolved the problem and require improvement. Intent doesn't negate impact--discomfort was still caused.

The chronicle of whirlpool 2010 is to be continued; while I await for the revival of my beloved dryer, I discovered the Drop N Go Laundromat. Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm in need of this service, & of course I forget the detergent & fabric softener. Luckily this place has it all! A vending machine with both liquid and powder detergents. There's also fabric softener sheets and liquid. There's a few TV's, free wifi, & vending machines with snacks. Also there's a 711 next door, if you feel they don't have what you're seeking. Everything is paid by charge card. I appreciate the owners thinking ahead of time and having this place stocked with the necessities. The facility is very clean, and they also offer services to dry and fold. I spoke with a staff member today and she's also very nice. And so, the saga continues. Update: I conversed with the staff, tonight's employee Miriam. 5 stars to Miriam, she is very passionate about her job. I told her how my dryer went out and that I would be back in, until I purchase a new one. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. I really hope they can get back to the quality they used to provide.

Sometimes we come early Monday and Fridays and it's a bit more busier. Some dryers and washers aren't always working from time to time but overall most are in good condition. We usually do a medium load and it's $4.50 and we do 2-3 loads at a time. Dryer is $.25 cents for 10 minutes. They have the option to do quarters still but I love the pay range app that we can use now. All you need to do is download the app and upload cash to it and you can use it for the washers and dryers instead of carrying around cash to get quarters.
