These are important items and I don't trust any of the local dry cleaners. I dropped the items off before my trip to Mexico and I received a text less than 24 hours later. The quality of the cleaning was amazing. These items had been part of a traveling historical display and had become dirty and quite frankly, I thought one was a lost cause. All items were spotless and I am extremely pleased. The price for cleaning was extremely fair and given up front so there were no surprises at pick up time.

The owners/staff were so nice and friendly when I came in. We went over the problem area that needed attention. They assured me that it was quite treatable. I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. When I returned, Friday afternoon, the owner remembered me and knew right where my coat was. It was promptly brought to me...and looked fantastic! I was busy the week of 12/3 so I reach out on 12/8 to see if I can pick them up and he tells me they still aren't ready because his cobbler has been busy. I ask him to please have them ready by 12/12 and when I pick them up today they aren't exactly what I asked for. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

I won't be returning with such little importance on customer service and satisfaction.
