I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. I only have one knock and that is that I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was ready on the following Thursday. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

The kind gentleman who works here helped me get my new Sgt dress blues and Charlie's uniform ready to go in quick time!
