Here is what a real, unpaid experience looks like: Their window has a large sign stating hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (it does not say it's weekend-only). Based on that, my family and I arrived at 8:00 PM on a Wednesday. The place was hot, and they only had fans running. While using the dryer, a male employee aggressively told me, 'We close at 10.' When I pointed out the 11:00 PM sign, he argued, had a horrible attitude, and told me I 'should have asked.' Right after, they passive aggressively turned off the fan right where my family and I were standing in the heat to try and force us out early yet they left the fan completely on for themselves on the other side of the laundromat where they were cleaning. When I stood my ground at 9:25 PM and told them to turn it back on, she suddenly turned on the actual AC. meaning they were gatekeeping the air conditioning from paying customers all night just so they could clean and leave early. We were completely out before 10:00 PM. When I contacted management privately on Instagram, they ghosted me for over a week. Once I followed up and warned them about a review, they finally replied, minimizing their employees' wrongdoing by claiming they "couldn't understand the situation from the footage alone." They then tried to offer me a $50 store credit to stay quiet, and when I declined, asked "what would make me happy."
