Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

The staff at this location washes the water tanks for those complaining that's it's dirty I'm sure you have smell in other laundromats recycle stinky water well this is the reason why and that's why this location washes those tanks to avoid that smell. For those complaining about burns or stains I think that is you not using the correct product. Before you use the machine you can pre wash the machine and then load your clothes. If you think it's expensive then you might not appreciate quality.

Employees know the community and are constantly disinfecting machines or areas you are about to use. Very friendly and helpful. They also give free coffee, pastries, and WiFi. Never seen that before it was such a nice touch. It's a place I actually like to stay in as I do my laundry. Their machines use plenty of water so my clothes are actually clean and they have so much capacity. I save so much because of how much fits in one machine.
