The staff at this location washes the water tanks for those complaining that's it's dirty I'm sure you have smell in other laundromats recycle stinky water well this is the reason why and that's why this location washes those tanks to avoid that smell. For those complaining about burns or stains I think that is you not using the correct product. Before you use the machine you can pre wash the machine and then load your clothes. If you think it's expensive then you might not appreciate quality.

Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.

It's a small laundromat but capable and very efficiently self ran. There is 360 degree monitoring through surveillance cameras. I was drinking my water during this hot summer cali weather when I got the urge to void/urinate.... Guess what? The restroom is locked! And there is no worker in sight that can provide the service of opening up the restroom.

I've been giving this place a chance, this is about the 4th time, and it may be my last…read more At first, I thought it was great to use the quality washers and dryers, and I like using the SpeedQueen App. However, my most recent trip was unsatisfactory because when I washed my bedding it came out smelling horrible. I think I used the machines after a guy finished washing his commercial mop heads. I thought it was just in my head, but after drying my bedding I couldn't tolerate the smell. I would've made a complaint then and there but I didn't see a worker and I needed to leave. I went to another laundromat the next day to wash my bedding again. Also, the alley/driveway where you exit from needs to be repaved.
