HORRIBLE SERVICE HERE. Online it states that the building closes at 10 pm and there is a phone number attached, i called at 8:40 pm because i had my work uniform and my Lululemon tights stolen and "the manager" who answered was extremely disrespectful. She complained that i called way too late and her office was closed at 6 pm. How am i supposed to know that if online it says 10 pm? she stated she manages 100's of laundry mats and i understand it is not their responsibility but all i asked was if they could check the cameras so i could see who might've taken my things. she cussed at me and disrespected me just for asking a simple question. if her offices were closed why would she answer a phone call then? read more

After the remodeling the place has improved. The attendants are constantly cleaning, so the place is always clean and the washers were replaced by new ones. My previous complaints no longer hold now that the laundromat has been remodeled. read more

Everytime I come here there's always an issue with the cleaning ladies at first I thought it as just a problem with the blonde one but it's actually with both . The blonde one has opened my washing machines before to check if I had jeans in there . I let it slide the first time because okay maybe she assumed but I didn't have any jeans . Then a couple of times that's I've came back she always feels the need to clean where me and my partner are always standing or washing . We would joke about it first but now it's getting annoying she literally will see us come in and she'll go and clean where we are going to be at . Now the brunette kind of bombarded us when we came back in from getting change and told me to read the sign that I can't get quarters if I'm not washing there when she clearly saw me and my partner putting our soap down by the washing machines . Keep in mind we walked out to the liquor store nearby to break our 50 dollar bill . I'm new to the area and today was the first day I needed to do laundry. Checked yelp and saw this place had 1 review and it was a 5-star review. The place is nice, clean and well-lit. Machines all work and dryers are very good. The carts are good too. $0.25 will get you 10 minutes in a dryer, and 2 quarters were enough for my clothes to dry all the way through. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was a homeless guy just hanging out and constantly going around the facility as if he was scoping out who to panhandle from. The attendants said nothing to him either. The guy was kind of keeping to himself but he did ask me for money and he smelled of liquor. So, yeah. I wouldn't go back during the evening.
