I have my clothes picked up for 5 plus months from this place. And I bought a lot of expensive new clothes form Citdadel outlet. And he picks up my clothes. And they shrunk when I got them back. I made a video before I put it on and afterwards. I show it to the delivery guy and manager. And he told me I can give you a free wash but we're not responsible for THEM damaging my clothes. This type thing happens he says. I spend over $600 on shirts which are now all small. And he says I can offer you a free wash. Really? Horrible customer service! read more

This place is beyond dirty. The restroom and laundry use to be so clean when it was the old workers. Machines don't work. My clothes were soaking wet when the cycle was done. The restroom is crusty with urine they don't maintain the facilities clean. Use to be such a good place but after they fired the old employees, it went to shit. read more

Used them for pickup and delivery. Constantly losing my socks. Made a list to go with the pickup so they could inventory. 2nd order they switched someone else's towel to match the list count. I came here last night for the first time and I have to say I was impressed. The place is very clean, lots of machines available, very big and lots of space to fold your clothes. Love the deals, like when you upload $20 to your card they give you $5 for free!! I loved the giant washer machines since I came to wash my comforters, they fit very well in those giant machines. And a massage chair (which I haven't tried out) Minus 1 star for all the shitty, rude people that come here. But I guess that's not in their control. My Mom was verbally attacked and aggressively insulted by two blond women, who were washing their clothes at the time. When told, the supervisor refused to do anything. We've been coming here for 3 years and this is the first time an incident such as this occurs. My mom was alone, but if I was there, I would have recorded the incident and publish it. No one deserves to be treated in such a way but also shame for the "supervisor" who refused to do anything and take their side instead. If you have any questions they will gladly help you.The machines are very well keep, the lady is always cleaning the machine to remove detergent when one is done using it. They have an electronic card system for their machines which I thought would be a great idea but there are two cons, 1) the minimum amount to load is $10, and 2) the machines are oddly priced (eg. Dryer .29 cents). This is inconvenient seeing that I had one card left at 15 cents and one at 26 cents, meaning that if I wanted to use that money I would have to reload Tue cards, I was unable to combine the value of Tue cards together. What I really dislike about this place is how cramped everything is especially the drying area. The tables to fold your clothes are so narrow it almost resembles a hallway which is a nuisanse when you're trying to get by other people drying their clothes as well. The machines have a timer which lets you know the minutes remaining. The place is relatively clean but you also have to pay to use Tue restroom (seriously, it costs 29 cents) read more

I have been coming here since it first open and I truly enjoy coming here because they keep up with their machines. My only problem is the people that come here there is an eclectic group. If it isn't the mothers with the crazy kids they let runaround into people then they get annoyed if you say something to their kid or them. The attendants have no control in this area. Or the rude ones that don't say excuse me as they push the carts down the isle. I could be here all day describing the people that come here, but I won't. I am there to wash and the attendants have always been nice and helpful. Especially when I kept loosing my card and I was told that when you purchase a new card make sure to register it any balance from the old can be transferred to the new. I had about 15.00 in combine cards transferred. So make sure you register your card. I don't understand what the big complaint of a reviewer had paying a 1.00 for a card. Grand opening they gave cards after that you are on your own. When you load 20.00 on your card you get 4.00. After certain amount of loads you get a free load. read more

This laundromat is very good! They have many machines of all sizes! They also have free and fast WiFi! They also have a rewards program! Every time you come in, simply check in with the attendant and they will tally your visits until you get a free wash (about a $3-$5 dollar value). It comes in handy because it's basically enough to dry all of your clothes or for one medium load! It is also very well kept! It is very clean and the attendant is constantly cleaning up! They are also very friendly! The thing I would change is the sitting area. There isn't enough space for people to sit and the benches aren't that great. Also, as any laundromat, the best time to come in is in the morning and the worst time to come in is on a Sunday in the afternoon! Overall a very good place to do your laundry! read more

Nice and helpful staff, several plasmas on a walls,vending machines make your laundry process very comfortable. I am very picky when it comes to cleaneless. Here I was completely satisfied and of course I will definitely come again. Don't carry your coins anymore, they give plastic card and you can charge it right there using credit, debit cards, cash and I think it's great idea. The only thing I would like to change is to turn English channels on TVs too not Spanish only. Other than that everything is great. read more
