The blonde lady with glasses in charge she was gossiping with a client about my cart being in the way of the trash. She must've not known that I also speak Spanish so I understood what she was saying about me. Why is the trash under the folding table?? Why is not on the other side where it's empty?!? I didn't know I was blocking the trash because I didn't see it under the folding table where it doesn't belong! The washer machine ate my money and didn't start. I couldn't find that blonde lady anywhere for help as if she disappears and doesn't come back.

I put my clothes inside and the machine got suck, and didn't want to work anymore. I politely asked the lady to help me figure out what was wrong. She tried resetting it. Didn't work so I moved my clothes to the washer next to it. While I was moving my clothes she was being extremely loud saying I overload the washer, and I messed it up. She then said the other washer will mess up as well If I put all my clothes in there. I knew it wasn't a lot of clothes so I still put all my clothes in the other washer. She was kept bothering me and telling me that next time she's not gonna put in the quarters, and that she was doing me a favor by putting in the quarters on the other washer I stayed quiet because she's an older woman and I didn't want to argue with her. I just felt very embarrassed because people were just looking at me while she was standing there yelling at me. The washer ended up washing my clothes perfectly fine. Before I started folding my clothes, I wanted to use restroom and so I took 2 quarters. while I was in the restroom I notice that the restroom didn't lock. I ran outside to get my son so he could stand outside the door, when I was walking back. She closed the restroom door. I asked her to please open it because I had put my 2 quarters in. Then she said I'm just gonna open it just to do you a favor. I tried explaining to her that I had put in the 2 quarters already and I just ran to my son so he could stand behind a door because I didn't want anyone to walk in while I was using the restroom. I ended up folding my clothes as fast as possible to get out of there. I felt so uncomfortable while she was walking around just giving me nasty looks not sure if she was just in a really bad mood. I've I come here every single week and she has never acted that way. I'll never come back to this place.

PRICE UPDATE…read more February 22, 2025 (My last pricing was done on: February 13, 2022) Today I came to wash (and not dry) my drapes. I found the following... CHANGES: WASHERS TOP LOADERS: $3.00 - - Qty: 15 (up $1.00) FRONT LOADERS: $4.00 - - Qty.: 5 (20 lbs) (up $1.00 since 2/13/22)) $4.50 - - Qty.: 12 (30 lbs.) (up $1.25) $5.50 - - Qty.: 6 (40 lbs.) (up $1.00) $6.50 - - Qty.: 4 (60 lbs.) (up $1.00) $9.00- $9.50 - - Qty.: 1 (80 lbs.) (up $1.75-$200) DRYERS 25 cents per 10 minutes This was the same as the price I encountered in 2022. I am not sure if the ten minute timer setting has remained the same or not because my drapes stated not to dry them... a.k.a. I didn't use the dryers. DRYER SIZE: 2 loads - - Qty.: 42 NON-FUNCTIONING: None of the 20 lbs washers (5) were functional. 1 of the 60 lbs washers was out of order (motor bearing) MISSING IN ACTION: I noticed that the charging station was no longer where it used to be, so maybe that is completely gone. If so that sucks because that was an awesome thing to find at a business like this. Overall, I really didn't look around much, as my wash didn't take much time. END GAME: Despite the price increase, which really didn't seem like a lot to me since I still only come here to wash larger items, like drapes, sleeping bags and holiday/season bedding (to refresh it, prior to use and before packing it away), I would still return.

She asked if I was going to wash and I said YES ( I like to get coins first before bringing in clothes in case the machine is out of order, anyone who does laundry at a mat I'm sure understands ) Then very rudely asks me AGAIN after I had answered!! I understand policy about maybe not just getting coins without washing but I wasn't doing that and don't understand why I was being treated like I was doing something wrong !? That she had to physically block the machine like that? I ended up leaving and doing laundry at another mat since the woman obviously does not know how to treat costumers, asking once is fine but don't treat people like that. I'll never go back.

I stumbled upon this laundromat while stopping at the market in the same parking lot. Upon looking…read moreat the reviews here, it seems like the laundromat is under new owners and they have turned the business around. Upon entering, the friendly attendant asked if it was my first time and if I had any questions. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors, counters and especially the wash machines were the cleanest I've seen in a laundromat. On my second visit, I noticed the attendant wiping down the machines, inside and out. What amazed me was how clean the soap dispensers in the wash machines were. Usually there's a combination of built up soap and fabric softener scum and in many cases mold in the soap dispensers of the places I've been. Not the case here! In addition, every machine was in working order, the first time I've seen that. The prices of the machines are about the same as other places, maybe a bit higher but I'm a believer that you get what you pay for. I'll gladly pay a bit more for better service and quality. If you're looking for a nice laundromat, try Cc's. I think you'll be impressed by this place, I surely am.

Today was the fist time that the employee on site took my clothes out of the washer and left them in a cart. She said other people needed the machine and my clothes were sitting for over 30 minutes. Yet my other loads were right next to it and had also just finished. It wasn't more then 5 minutes my clothes had stopped and my clothes was taken out. I didn't like that. My underwear and bras were just left there for everyone to see. I under other people need to use the machines but sometimes you have to wait just like I do when the machine I need isn't available. I'm disappointed this happened here, more so the fact that the lady said it had been over 30 minutes when I knew in fact it had only been a few.
