My shirt and three piece suit was looking brand new when I picked it up. They worked with my fast turnaround needs as well, having this done within about a day and a half. They have a 1 week policy if there is any issues. I went back to have the patches sewn on straight and have an additional patch sewn on. They did not use the spacing I asked for, there was colored thread coming out of each patch. Patches were crooked again and they missed a whole side of a patch. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.

ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.
