This review is based on my experience while I was there. 1) The place is very clean and all the dryers / washers are in working condition 2) There are staff walking around the place making sure that the place is clean, picking up trash that customers leave on the tables and leaving empty cups on the washers. I am sure you will not do this at your house 3) From what I see, everyone is enjoying themselves while they are washing there clothes. People go and write bad reviews for no reason and when a place closed down, you go and write another bad review at that location. If you have nothing good to say, don' say it. yes everyone makes mistakes but killing business in California, pretty soon we just killed out work force and then what? This goes to the owners of this place, you're doing just fine maybe have some music while people doing there wash. Wish you the best! read more

Place is trash, dirty and the person working inside the office is useless. Machine ate 3 of my quarters and all the attended said was "call the number on the wall." What? For 3 quarters? Just give my quarters back. I don't need to call anyone. Is someone going to drive all the way down to give me 3 quarters. I don't care for 3 quarters, it's the principal. The driers are always down and at times, don't work at all. People are always doing some kind of drug or drinking in the parking lot. I don't use this place often, only once every 3 weeks but I will not come here again. I'll rather spend my money on another location. The majority of the people giving it 5 stars to this location are the owners, family or friends of the owners. Take a look at what city they reside from. Horrible just horrible no one talks english and the employees that you have to hunt down for any help are on their phone socializing. No one is enforcing the policy of the laundromat at all and it's just a mess . People are being allowed to save dryers with 1 item like a sock or towel and nothing is being enforced. read more

I love this laundry mat. Always clean with a lot of working washers. Never crowded, staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the massage chairs and the vending machine. You get to sit, relax while waiting for your laundries. Some lady called me a Nina pendeja I asked her for change I wanted to change into quarters which was 5 dimes she refused I brought out a 2 dollar bill she still was not trying to change it I told her my clothes was already in the machine ! They have 4 big 65" flat screen TVs and also 3 massage chairs! The parking lot is very big and convenient, as there is many parking spots. It is also open 24/7, which makes it even more convenient, and what's more is that there is always staff on duty. The staff is friendly and helpful. And at nights there is security guard until the morning. They also do raffles on a monthly basis for washing customers, where you can win prizes and cash!!! Convenient with the free dry but my problem here is the stench in some of the washing machines they smell like distilled beach water and it lingers to your clothes,once you dry the smell is off another thing is the dryers a lot more have stopped functioning or you are only able to use a light no heat cycle which is inconvenient as well.Other than that if you go for what you need to you should be all gravy. read more
