I have been using this laundromat for the past 5 years. It has been decent, but they keep raising the prices. Now I understand what inflation is and that some things have to get more expensive, but the latest price increase on washers this past month is outpacing the economic inflation in my opinion. Over the past year alone, the prices have increased 2 times for their washers. A 2-load washer that used to cost $2.75 when I first came here now costs $4.00, which is almost as much as a gallon of milk. The only major renovation they have made in the past 5 years is replacing old PAID dryers with new PAID dryers. And the new PAID dryers are more expensive too. The old ones would charge $0.25 for 12 minutes. The new ones charge $0.25 for 7 minutes. Additionally, they have had 2 FREE dryers that have been broken for a long time. Instead of fixing them, they got the new PAID dryers instead. So unless you want to pay extra for drying your clothing, you'll have to wait even longer for the FREE dryers. I used to recommend this laundromat to family and friends, but with these latest price increases I won't recommend it anymore. As a longtime user, my overall experience with this laundromat has gotten worse. This business keeps squeezing the low socioeconomic neighborhood for their last pennies. I'm very disappointed at these unreasonable price increases. I may have to start looking for affordable, competitively priced laundromats elsewhere. read more

I've been going here since they opened and I have yet to run into any issues. I always try to go when it's not so occupied during the week. A lady named candy is always very helpful and keeps the laundry mat very clean each time I go. She's very friendly and is easy to talk to. They got new dryers and they dry very quickly, you do have to pay for those but overall worth it. I will keep going here! read more

Ive been coming here for 3 years and every time I come here I can't help but notice the blatant racism that the Mexican ladies that work there have against African-American ladies ago to this wash house. Today they made a nice African American lady CRY, because they wouldn't give her the free dry she deserved (it was a lot of clothes in a big dryer) . And when she tried to communicate with the lady that cleans and works there she continued to ignore her and tell her "I no speak English" and laughing at her then trying to ridicule her by having other Latinos chime in. When the lady finally got someone to translate to her the worker lady acted like she could care less and kept walking away but when the African American lady walked out to call the owners, the worker lady went up to the young man that helped translate and asked him " so you're gonna get the black lady on me huh?" And laughed about it. Then continued to gossip about the situation with her coworkers and customers that where there . Very very unprofessional and I felt like these ladies that work here are prejudice and shouldn't be working there if they are going to discriminate people for the color of their skin. The lady was there with her baby just trying to do laundry and the dumb worker lady was giving her a hard time for no reason at all. And it's not the first time I see them act like that with other African American ladies things they'd do for me without thinking they become combative with African Americans about. It's really sad and they should hire someone BILINGUAL that speak English and Spanish . And I'm Mexican American and the whole thing made me Really uncomfortable how that worker was trying to I intimidate and bully a customer. Just plain ol wrong. read more

Never felt so harassed in my life! I come here at 10:20pm to find the doors locked. The attendant comes to the door and argues with me that they are closed. After several minutes, she finally lets me in. She says that they close at 11pm tonight and are only open until midnight on Friday and Saturday. I point to the sign and tell her that is not right because it says open from 6am-midnight, 365 days per year. I really need to do laundry so I agree to be out by 11:20 which is her deadline for me, and she lets me in. She then locks the door behind me. I ask her not to lock the doors because I'd like to go out to my car and back and I do not feel safe being trapped in here. She finally unlocks the door. It is suffocatingly hot in here and I leave the door open as I am sitting right by it. I practically have to tackle her because she keeps trying to close the door. I haven't even been here 5 minutes... This place gets 2 stars because it is clean, the machines work well, there is fee dry and they have a good stock of laundry supplies. There are signs everywhere that advertise they are open 6am-midnight 365 days per year and that the last wash is 10:30pm. I was here knocking at 10:20. I did call the phone number listed on the sign and left a message. Let's see if anyone calls me back to apologize for this terrible customer service. Doors for a business should never be locked during business hours. This is for safety reasons. I understand that the area is a little rough, but if you are that fearful, you shouldn't work the late shift or the business hours should be changed. No business should lock customers in because they don't want additional people to come in. It is not safe. I will be notifying the fire Marshall if this happens again. Doing laundry cost money so getting a free dry is a big plus. The facility is clean and not so crowded. I am here on a Saturday afternoon and the crowd is minimal. I don't leave reviews normally because, quite honestly, I don't have time for that, but this visit I just HAD to leave this review. We arrived at somewhere around 10:09 and didn't stop washing/drying until 10:30 when I tried to go outside and smoke a cigarette and just take a ten minute break. I tried to leave and the door was locked The attendant wouldn't let me out the door ! She started yelling they close at 10:30 and she was just being "nice" allowing is to finish our laundry which was almost dry. I told her I had checked their website AND called earlier in the day and confirmed that they closed at midnight and she told me I didn't know what I was talking about and rolled her eyes and told me she was going to call the cops on us. I asked for what and asked what we were doing wrong ( my husband was folding clothes with me). She starts ranting and hugging and puffing and calls her boss and starts telling him/her (whom I asked the speak with and the slattebdant told me to call the number in the wall), and continued on lying to her boss. She badgered us from that point on u til 11:49, all the while not once letting us leave the doors by the way. I have PTSD, Severe anxiety and depression , being locked in anywhere triggers panic to me and I tried to tell her this (and her boss as I was texting him/her all the whole), and I don't know if there was a language barrier or she simply chose not to listen, in the end she told me to my face she didn't care! We are a home based business who does laundry for others, pick up/delivery full service and I am a very calm understanding person. We ended up literally throwing bags of unorganized, unfolded laundry in our truck all frazzled and upset because this lady wouldn't honor the hours posted by her company !! I have never felt so disrespected as a loyal customer and I will NEVER visit a love laundry ever again! I only left two starts for the convenience of the feee dryers. read more

It cute spot, but the large laundry washer is 6.50, and you have to give cash to the lady who I'm assuming is the manager; she does this weird thing and lifts the machine, which adds value to the washer because the change machine doesn't work, last time I went what was suppose to be a 30-minute wash ended up being an hour waiting for the machine to complete its cycle. No more wi-fi, the electrical sockets don't work any more, the nice background music has been replaced by what sounds like a mariachi band on molly at extremely high volume, there are huge holes in the walls covered with haphazardly taped boxes, half-smoked cigarillo on the bench along with other trash laying around and trash bins overflowing, morning worker friendly but had so little a grasp of English she actually had to call a customer over to help me with my soap and machine order. Came here to dry some clothing and I have to say this is a very nice clean laundromat. I've been to many and none have been this clean with a full time attendant. The machines are fairly new and of you wash here you dry for free. It's a Saturday evening and it's empty. If you happen to forget your detergent they sell some here. This is a good business that actually caters to the patrons (it's clean, the prices are great (I killed 6 loads of laundry for $6), you can use debit for the washing machines, drying is free (but run in cycles of 12 minutes- so stick around), they have WiFi, and sell coffee and other snacks when you're feeling peckish and waiting on cycles to finish). BUT... IT IS STILL A LAUNDROMAT, YA'LL. Personal Responsibilities That Have Nothing to do With How Stellar This Business Is: They open at 6... so if it's the weekend, be there to wash your stuff as early as possible (I'd say, before 9), or else the washing machines and those free dryers will be occupied and you'll have to be in hunting mode for the next ones available-which is a lame way to spend the day. Get there early. Talk to People... if you see someone's dryer timer running low, ask if this is their last cycle so you can get your stuff ready, rather than assuming they're done or having someone cut in to dry their things while you were waiting for it's vacancy (I've seen a few arguments and fights happen from people peopleing. I use to love coming to this laundry but recently I can see GREED taking over. This is what makes me so upset that people come and open or buy businesses and mess it up for the communities. For example this new owner is awful. They offer a drop off/pick up service which is fine but lately I've been noticing that the workers who are working on someone else's laundry order literally TAKE UP all the washers and dryers. Here the dry is free but you have a section in the facility that you have to pay for the dryer.what makes me upset is that they use all the free dryers to fulfill other people's orders. How is that FAIR. today one of the workers put a already dried shirt almost about to catch on fire in the dryer just to hold that dryer for the order she is working on. Right now most of the free dryers are broken and the team takes and hogs up the rest. And you expect people to come here and do business with you. Such a shame i lived in the area for years and been coming here for such a long time and it so sad how this person comes in and pretty much makes everything about profit. I get it. I saw a ticket that charged someone almost $75 for a order. But this owner fails to remember not everyone can get a laundry service. Such a shame and shame in the owner for his awful policy or atleast invest all the money you charge people to FIX WHATS BEEN OR NEEDS TO FIXED. Here's a tip. Be prepared to PAY for your FREE DRY. Yes. All 24 of there dryers are being used up by ladies drying their towels in one whites in another one carpet. It's crazy. The ladies on duty let it happen even if it says more than 50% for free dry. It's unfair for the people like me who refuse to wait in line to dry. The only reason it's a big deal is because I choose to come here instead of the one down the street because of the great love laundry price but it goes out the door when I have to pay. read more

This place was great when it first opened ! Who wouldn't like a free dry with their wash .. But now no one is on the guest who literally put 1-2 items in every dryer . The washing machines and dryers stink it's just been down hill for some months now .. Customers freely move others belonging and like Ive said before put less then recommended in the dryer to take up as many as they can so no one else could dry and this is multiple times. Even after we've complained to the woman who work at this location have yet to do or say anything . They seem to busy hanging out and gossiping . This place is great. I can do 6 loads at once in the big washer for $5.50 and drying is FREE! I just moved here and to do a load at my apartment complex is $2.00 for a washer that is so small you can barely do 1 load in it, and another $1.75 to dry. It's clean and people are friendly. Have been going to this spot for years and it has greatly improved with the new owner. Been to other laundromats and I have to say that this place is much cleaner than others. It has vending machines for coins and soda machines. Love their free drying machines. Faster drying than other two laundromats that I've been. Would love to see if they will ever make a kids corner play section because people always bring kids (like myself) and want something to distract them. Gets the laundry job done but wouldn't be my first choice laundromat. I've been here four times because it is the closest laundromat to my house and is very affordable . I am able to get 2 loads of laundry done for $4.25. However, sometimes the clothes come out of the washer smelling a little bit funky. The laundromat is crowded and hard to navigate around and once I found a small mouse running around behind the vending machines. read more

I really hate leaving a bad review but today's service really deserves it! I always used to come here as I will now have to find another location that can uphold their word to the hours post on their door, windows and yelp page. I arrived at 9:26pm Monday and found the door to be locked, when I knocked on the door the attendant gestured to me that they were closed. As it was right in front of me I pointed to the word on the door that read "last wash is 10:30pm" as I had arrived an hour prior to the time I was shocked at this. The lady came to the door and let me know that on week days they like to close early again I pointed out their door stated open late 365 days a year only to be responded with well we're leaving at 11pm and last wash is at 9. No where on their premises do they state a change of hours or that there are week day hours and weekend hours. So I asked if their owner knew of the schedule change to which I didn't receive a response she just quickly shut the door and went about her cleaning duties. I'm am really irritated at this inconvenience being I've gone here before at a later time than today and never been turned away like this. I liked coming here because I get off work late and it's hours allow me to do what I need to and get out before they close. They really need to fix this read more

Pretty cool place. There are cheaper ones than the big washers if you go around. I didn't know this, but it got my stuff done quickly. The dryers also worked really fast and thorough. Only downside is a crazy dude waited for the bus inside and was screaming. Bring headphones. read more

Online lists closed at 12pm however they shut doors at 1030 pm to make sure no one stays past 12. So just be on time and it's affordable, friendly customer service. It's also best to come late after 10 pm. Not much people so easier to dry & wash. read more

Different size washing machines at affordable prices plus they do offer free dry for customers. This laundry location doesn't really have free dry even though it says that on the outside of its business it only has so many free dryers and it a small locations. They also don't adhere to their last wash hours so make sure you go at a good time or else you won't be washing. read more

I love this place, the washers and dryers are clean. The people who work here are friendly and they always have the place clean, they're always available to help and there's a guy there that started recently I think, and I noticed he always has good music playing when he's there, which I appreciate because I love listening to music when doing pretty much anything. Downside: parking is small, so on days when I come and it's crowded, there's no where for me to park and people hog all the carts. Other than that, I would recommend it but I would also recommend knowing which times to go! Update: dryers aren't free anymore per new management. The biggest washers are about $6 and then it's goes $5 and then $3 yes I round them because it's only a .25 off....if I'm going to pay for dryers I'll go to a laundromat with cheaper washers like down the street from this place.
