It's rare to see an owner actively inside the facility: sweeping, mopping, cleaning, engaging with customers, and helping wherever needed. All of the staff are just as nice and helpful. I don't wash very well on my own, and they were more than happy to guide me, telling me exactly how much detergent to use and where to put everything without ever making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. They're currently doing upgrades to the laundromat, which shows how much pride they take in the place. They also sell snacks, detergent, & other things needed to wash which is super convenient. I specifically come here to wash my white clothes because my washer at home messes them up, and my whites came out extremely clean. Even better, the entire wash took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this laundromat.

I put two dollars into a large dryer and my clothes were still damp. The 30 lb washing machines no longer rinse a second time. Another customer experienced the same issue, so she was not able to add fabric softener. The machine showed rinse mode but continued spinning instead. Although the laundromat looks more updated and modern, with large machines that accept contactless payment or card, prices have increased. It feels like they are cutting back on water to save money, which affects wash quality. They compare themselves to other laundromats, but you end up spending more. I now go to the laundromat on Bullis behind Walmart, where drying is free and the experience is much better overall.

I also like that they use cards so you don't have to worry about change or cash. There are several sizes of washer and two sizes for dryers. There are chairs and benches and TVs while you wait. They also play music which changes all the time so it's not always the same kind of music. The only thing I don't like is that their parking lot can often get full even when there are not many people inside and there's not a suitable place to park for over flow. A few times I've actually just left and come back at another time when I see the lot full. These are the rates for self wash as of 12/11/25: 2 load - $4.59 4 load - $6.79 6 load - $8.75 8 load - $11.19 Dryers for 10 min: Small - .75 Big - .90 They also have drop off and fluff and fold services, which are actually pretty reasonable when you do the math.
