That loyalty clearly meant nothing. Recently, I had an item done (not naming what it was), and they did it wrong. When I went back to have their mistake fixed, instead of owning it, I was met with attitude like it was somehow my fault or like I should've just taken the loss. After nearly two decades of giving them my business, that's the treatment I got. On top of that, their prices have gone up significantly. I understand everything costs more nowadays, but when other cleaners in Downey are offering better service and better prices, there's no excuse. That interaction was the last straw. After years of loyalty, this place made it very easy to take my money elsewhere. I've already found a new cleaners in Downey that values customers and gets the job done right. No hard feelings.

I should have know when some lady came to pick up and he told her that her stuff wasn't ready that he was regular to that. I Dropped off some tees I needed shortened on 10/24/25 and now it's 11/3/25 and he hasn't even touched them. The problem isn't that they're not done, the problem is that he gave me a date (Thursday) and he didn't touch them, drove all the way here and he promised they'll be done the next day (Friday). Decided to call to make sure and he still didn't touch them, had to remind him again what they were. He promised that he will have them done Saturday, which was the next day. I told him he can have them till Monday because I didn't want to drive out of my way again since the shop is near my job and so he didn't feel pressured. I showed up right now and he had them behind a bunch of other stuff completely untouched. I asked him if I can just have them back and he threw them and said "I've been so busy I'm not gonna make excuses" then brushed me off like I wasn't there. I understand being busy especially this time of the year but, but being super unorganized and rude isn't the way to go. It's not my fault your place is so unorganized. Anyways, if you want to make a bunch of trips to pick up unfinished items or be given the run around with rude attitude.... Then this is your place.
