I was super impressed with the turnover at Premiere Cleaners. I dropped off 3 coats that were supposed to be ready on Wednesday. I stopped by on Wednesday and sure enough, the coats were ready. My coats all looked good as new; I wish I would have taken a before and after picture of each one so that everyone could see what I'm talking about. I brought my 100% wool, vintage, North Face coat in for dry cleaning expecting professional care. I pointed out visible stains when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up, the stains were still there, the white stitching on the sleeve had turned pink, and the entire coat had shrunk. The sleeves are now too short, and it no longer fits, it's clearly been damaged. This coat fit me fine before, and was a prize possession. Tbh this guy saved my fuckin coat . Literally that shit has a oil stain cuz my dumbass left it next to a gallon oil . Bruh it was a ferragamo real leather tan coat. So you can see the oil stains. I dead ass thought I ruined that shit. Took it in and he checked it out. And he told me don't worry I'll make it look like new again. With special people who work on actual genuine leather and not fake shit. Fuck it was totally worth 65 bucks to get that cleaned up . I had such a bad experience with these cleaners. My old dry cleaners closed down and decided to give Premiere a try. I gave them 7 high end designer shirts and polos to dry clean and when I came to pick them up they smelled horrible! They were worse off than when I gave them to Premiere. When I mentioned it to the gentlemen working the front (who unfortunately had communication issues because of a disability) he simply told me too bad and basically didn't believe me as he claimed he was the one who cleaned them and wouldn't do anything about it except to say come back Monday when the owner is there. I didn't know what to do so I just took my shirts back as I did not feel comfortable leaving them there as they were around $1000 a shirt. Please be careful of where you take your nice clothes as some places are better than others. I really miss my old dry cleaners so much more after this experience. Beware! read more

This place has terrible customer service. I brought a shirt in with a stain. This woman proceeded to tell me she could not clean it because it was the material. She could not communicate in english and proceeded to get upset when I asked her a couple of questions. I got the message she could not do it. She suggested I take it to a high end cleaner. She would not clean the shirt. I said ok. I had a pair of slacks so I asked if she would clean them. She told me no and to please leave and she would not clean my clothes. I asked her straight out if she did not want my business. She said no to go. I was a little blown away. I can understand that she does not speak good english but to be rude and ask me to leave?? I still do not know what happened and why she was so rude. I looked at the pictures of the people who work there on Yelp and that was not her. I see all of theses postings. Are these new owners? I will never go there again. I cannot imagine what would happen if something went wrong with a pick up. She would throw you out the front door. read more

Their services are wide and broad from dry cleaning and laundry to simple to complex dress/suit alterations. I have never had any skin issues from the cleaning products they use and the quality of their work is unsurpassed. Their most important quality is how honest they are. Accidentally left pocket items & lapel pins are kept safe and returned upon pick-up. They may not be the least expensive cleaner around. He gave me a small, handwritten ticket to claim my items. You can pay before or after. Not sure what the prices are, but they offer 30% off $20 or more. I left 2 suits here for dry cleaning, their store hours on the window state they are open from 8am to 6pm. I went to pick up my suits at 5:45pm, they were closed- my husband had a business trip he was flying out too the next day, so he went to pick them up before his flight at 8am the next day, they were not open and did not open until 8:15am. This is such unprofessional and lazy behavior. I'll be using a different dry cleaner from now on.
