I took the dress pants that still had streaks on it back to Classique Cleaners based on the reply they left on my first review. They were both very kind and took a look at the dress pants. Unfortunately, I was told the streaks were from the pants being burned (probably from ironing) which was done by a previous dry cleaner. They still took it back again and I was not charged for it. Also one thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, they do charge a small fee for it. The dress pants came out better than last time when I picked it up even though they couldn't fix the burn streaks. Great price and service. I will come back again. read more

Brought expensive pair of jeans and shirt The jeans where washed and shrunk they left all these white stains the shirt is an original Amiri shirt and the letters are all broken. They were supposed to be dry cleaned and it looks like they threw them in the washer. We went in and talked to the owner and all she offered was $25 credit on our next service. These jeans were almost 300$ and the shirt was $450. We take care of our things that's the Reason we bring it to the cleaners. It's very unfair that they couldn't help us resolve this issue. Came in last Friday to have 7 pairs of pants dry cleaned and one of them back pockets and front button repaired. They said it would all be ready for pick up Tuesday. I came in Thursday and they said the ones to be repaired were not ready because they need a new button because the one I had did not work, to come in the next day. Came in today, Friday, and they were ready however there was stitching of the back two pockets sticking out. Man said he could have it cleaned up by tomorrow and I explained I shouldn't have to wait another day. He argued that there was nothing wrong with it even though you can clearly see the thread sticking out. They had a week and it was a half fast job. No discount for how long it took and not even a good job done. Don't come here! read more

This place has always been unorganized & to top it off the lady has a NASTY attitude like she hates her job. When clearly us customers have noothing to do with it. I get there I tell her I come and get my dry cleaning she tells me it's not there when I clearly called a week ago and they told me it was there and top it off she didn't even bother looking for it she rudely denied. And than after I go after looking for my receipt she finally goes I found it. Than to top it off I notice some of my clothes in the for sale rack and I tell her those are mine and she's being rude again and says no tIcket no claim okay fine I purchase them and the whole time she's being a really rude person this is MY LAST TIME I deal with these people. II wouldn't trust coming here there OVER PRICED and there very UNORGANIZED AND RUDE. Save yOurself the trouble and the unwelcoming business and go some where else. The reason for the two start review is because I went and took 2 coats and 1 jacket for dry cleaning, when I picked them up i didnt initially check the garments to look at the job that was done because i have brought clothes here before and usually theres no problem. The day that did check them the one jacket I took was worse off then how I took it. Stains in places that I know for sure weren't there when I took them, I didnt get a chance to go back the same day to let them know. I work out of town sometimes so its hard for me to do so, but when I finally did go back and to show and tell them the lady at the front said that I probably did that, that they didnt do that and refused to take care of the jacket and stayed the least they could do is charge me half to actually clean it this time. Didnt take her up on her offer, rather just take my business elsewhere. read more
