Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... Where I live in South OC, most places charge at least $15 per hem, which really adds up. This place did it for $4.50, or $9 for the wide legs. Well worth the drive! I dropped off seven pairs and it was less than $40. The only thing I would have liked they gave me more clarity about was to let me know when I called that wide legs would be more. But I think that is pretty standard practice, so I wasn't too mad. This place is kind of hard to find because it is so small. My navigation was telling me that I had arrived and I wasn't seeing it until I saw the small sign next to the dentist office. It was unclear on whether or not we could park in the small lot between this place and the apartment buildings, so to play it safe if I parked across the street by the supermarket, which I really enjoyed visiting after. We don't have a lot of Mexican supermarkets in South OC where I live, so it was fun to pick up some things from there and made the drive out more worth it as well. Turnover time was great as well. I can't comment on more difficult or involved jobs because I didn't use them for that, but I highly recommend coming here for hems.

My dress was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace and 5 layers of tulle with a satin underskirt. The bodice was boned and cups were molded, and neckline was crafted with illusion lace embroidered with custom sequined flowers. The train and the veil were both cathedral length, made of the same embroidered lace material. This is typically one of the most delicate and complicated wedding dresses to clean and preserve, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that Key Cleaners provided. My husband and I called several other dry cleaners in the south OC area before we decided to take it here. Sam and his team did a phenomenal job preserving my dress and veil and treated us like we were old family friends. The placement of the embroidery had to be carefully sewn onto the clothing, using an identical color of sewing thread. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Leo at the front counter. After seeing the clothing, Leo took the time to position the embroidery on the clothing. He told me the clothing would be ready for pick-up the following day. When I picked-up the clothing a day later, I noticed the embroidery needed some very minor adjustments. So Leo asked me to wait at the shop for a few minutes so he could complete the proper adjustments to the embroidery. Once again, service was very fast and all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. Great customer service! Everything looked fantastic! Thank you to Leo! LOCATION. What we were offended by were your rude remarks, condescending attitude, and unprofessional conduct throughout the appointment. Comments questioning whether my fiance had ever worn dress pants before, dismissing her opinion entirely, and aggressively telling me to take the pants off because you were "not doing the hem if she's that particular" were unnecessary and inappropriate. Your response only reinforces our original concern because instead of addressing your behavior, you chose to misrepresent what happened and suggest we were upset that you were simply doing your job.
