What we were offended by were your rude remarks, condescending attitude, and unprofessional conduct throughout the appointment. Comments questioning whether my fiance had ever worn dress pants before, dismissing her opinion entirely, and aggressively telling me to take the pants off because you were "not doing the hem if she's that particular" were unnecessary and inappropriate. Your response only reinforces our original concern because instead of addressing your behavior, you chose to misrepresent what happened and suggest we were upset that you were simply doing your job. As customers preparing for our wedding, we expected professionalism and respect. We ultimately decided to take our tuxedo elsewhere and were treated with far more courtesy and professionalism. I dropped the pants off late Friday, and they initially quoted me 3:30 PM for pickup on Saturday but when I arrived, everything was already done by 1 PM. The owner, Sam, was incredibly friendly. We joked around, had a great conversation, and it honestly felt like more than just a transaction. That kind of service is rare. I called about 5 locations in OC that specialized in wedding dress cleaning and some either didn't get back to me or their price quote was out of my budget. Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

When I picked up my dress, it legit looked like I JUST bought it. I also had some loose threading that pulled from my previous event, I didn't even mention that but somehow they fixed a lot of it!!! I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... But Frank and his team really out did themselves. Thank you guys SO much for fixing my dress, I got many compliments and how great my dress looked that night :-). HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.
