I tried taking it to another cleaner in Newport who said it would cost $750 to clean and they weren't even sure they could get the stains out. I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new. Forever grateful to these folks for restoring a dress with amazing wedding day memories. The staff were so kind and helpful too. Not enough great things to say about this place.

It's nearly a whole new shirt! I pre-measured inseams for a few new pairs of pants to have them altered, took it in and they altered and dry cleaned my pants in maybe a day? Green Hanger rocks! She explained that she'd have to open up the dress to do it and expressed that it would be "very difficult". I asked if she could just cut out the lining without having to open it up and she said yes. I then went on to ask if she could clean up the fraying all over the sleeves. she said it would take too much time and I should just do it, which is a wild thing to say to a customer coming in for a service. I asked her how much it would be to remove the lining from the dress and she quoted me $100, which is also insane, and reiterated that she would have to open up the dress even though we just decided that she wasn't going do that. I was like, oh OK nevermind, and she says yeah you should just do it the way you want it to be done. WOW. OK. I had another dress that I was going to talk to her about, but i just gathered up my items and walked out. I'm so confused why you would have an alteration business and ask a customer to do their own alterations?? Clearly she didn't want me as a customer. I don't really know why, I wasn't rude or impolite. very unfortunate experience.
