I spent the whole night in tears disappointed with my dress, it fit so terribly tight and didn't look like the beautiful dress I had picked originally. I found Rita through Yelp and called her the next morning at 9am in a panic. I told her I was having a wedding dress emergency and needed advice on how to make my dress fit better. She told me to come in 30 minutes. Rita was incredible from the moment I walked in. She took one look at my dress and seemed to understand what the issue was. She cut the back of my straps off, pulled my dress down and said see this is now at your natural waist now and it fits. The straps had been cut 2 inches too short and were pulling my dress too high up on my body. Rita found lace scraps in my bag, told me she'd reconstruct the straps with those scraps and you'd never notice. I picked up my dress from her the following morning at 9am and headed off to my wedding weekend feeling confident in my dress once again. When I did the dress reveal with my bridesmaids they all started chanting Rita's name!! I can't express my gratitude enough. Rita took me in last minute and had my dress back to its original beautiful condition in just 24 hours on top of an already fully booked day. She didn't have to extend that kindness to me but I'm so grateful she did. I wish I would have gone to her from the start and will be recommending everyone I know go to her!
