The first time they said they would correct the bill and the second time they said their manager would call me because the card had expired even though it says it does not expire right on it. I've had to give up on this place. This whole shopping center is constantly jammed up with vehicles in red zones, making driving through it a pain in the ass. I liked to support this business, but the guy is one of those who thinks the red zone is a loading zone. If you'll note in my photo, there are empty spaces just across from the business he could use for loading, but he's too lazy to walk a few extra steps. I'm done with this place, and honestly, the vast majority of this shopping center since the folks who run it do nothing to enforce the parking in the red zones. The first time I got my dry cleaning bill I was shocked. 7 items for $120. I called and they said it was a mistake and credited my some. Soon have them another try. Today I got a charge on my card for $376! Unbelievable! I called and she said it's for 2 orders, one for 3 items (see receipt attached), which was a jacket for cleaning, and 2 minor alterations (cut end jeans and tighten drawstring pants, which I clearly instructed to call for quite before proceeding) for $80 and another 16 items for DryClean, 5 of which were basic shirts (XS shirt sleeve or tank) which means they are charging an average of $18 per item. These were NOT the prices I was quoted when I signed up! Further, I decide to go "higher end" instead of Zips at $2.99 any item because I the clothes weren't always clean completely and I don't have time to take them back (although they do offer free rework). I use this cleaners only because it is convienent and close to home, but I agree with the other 2 reviewers. The customer service is severly lacking. From the moment I walk in the door, there is never a hi, hello, the first words are "what's your phone number", everything is kept in the computer by your number. I have been in to pick up clothes that were suppose to be ready the day before and aren't. I have gone in to get clothes and they can't find them, so I wait while they search. They have never not been able to find them, but it is still irritating to me. They do a lot of business with local hotels and other businesses and I believe they prefer the larger accounts, not my individual small pile of cleaning. The other problem I have had and one that makes me very uncomfortable, is the owner has been talking to an employee about another employee and she is upset, or she is upset with someone and disciplining them while I wait for my clothes. As someone who has managed employees in the past, this is just wrong on so many levels. First she embarrasses the employee in front of clients and it is just really poor business. I don't need to hear their "dirty laundry" so to speak. I am on the hunt for another dry cleaner that appreciates my business. read more
