The owners/staff were so nice and friendly when I came in. We went over the problem area that needed attention. They assured me that it was quite treatable. I left the coat Thursday afternoon, with an anticipated pick up on Monday. Friday morning I received a message that the coat was ready and that I could come get it. When I returned, Friday afternoon, the owner remembered me and knew right where my coat was. It was promptly brought to me...and looked fantastic! It was a two piece suit and it cost me 22 bucks. I'm not sure if that's cheap, fair, or expensive but that's what I paid. The guy I interacted with was super cool and friendly. I only have one knock and that is that I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was ready on the following Thursday. Luckily I didn't need the suit right away but I did think that was a pretty long turn around.

I was busy the week of 12/3 so I reach out on 12/8 to see if I can pick them up and he tells me they still aren't ready because his cobbler has been busy. I ask him to please have them ready by 12/12 and when I pick them up today they aren't exactly what I asked for. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.
