I took my pants back in March to get hemmed and no problem. Work was good. The problem was when I took my second pair of pants this July 27th. I took one piece (one pant) for it to get hemmed and attached my original pants from back from March. I left two pieces one for sowing and the other as an original to copy. Well the lost my pants!!! I asked to have someone call me and it seamed like I had to be the one looking for them for this to get resolved. When I called the manager her name is Rosa, she had a bit of an attitude cause I was an upset customer. As I should be... she told me I had to wait 30-days to put in a claim. So who knows if my pants are ever going to be found. She claimed I only took one pant to get hemmed however, the ticket shows (copy original on waist and length). And she was very hesitant to try and help me and kept insisting that there was only one piece so my answer to that was (how can you copy an original on length and waist size if there is nothing attached?) it clearly says, copy original. If you are planning to come here, make sure people are doing their job properly because it seams like they are careless. For one, the guy at the front desk really should have put two pants. He should have been more detailed but it seams like he was in a rush. If you guys don't want your clothes lost, I suggest not to come here. This post will not come down unless this is resolved. I basically have to wait until August 27th to know if they are going to reimburse me or even return my pants. I asked her if she could check her video camera and that she would check. Let's see if this is also true. I will post any updated information as it becomes available.

Suit and shirt should've been completed the day before. I walked into them, not knowing where any of my things were. None of my suit or shirt had been finished or pressed. I visually saw one of the workers find my pants in a pile then they found my shirt in a pile. They proceeded to tell me that the entire suit was completed already, but the shirt was the only thing they were missing. I waited an extra 20 minutes so they could press my entire suit and shirt. The lady working proceeded to lie to me tell me that the only thing that wasn't completed was my shirt when the truth was, it was my entire suit that wasn't completed. Horrible service. They still charge me almost full price. I waited an extra 40 minutes there waiting for it to be done. Very unorganized do not recommend going here.

I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.

Came with my boyfriend to do laundry. It was our first time here. We came to just used the small…read morewashers & dryer. We used 2 washers, $5 each for normal washes. Then, we used one small dryer, it was big enough to fit both loads. The dryers prices were much nicer, $1.50 for 42 minutes. I think the key was for every seven minutes, add 25¢. For the total of $11.50, I don't believe it was a bad experience. It was very hot, no A/C which I could tell. They have a vending machine dedicated to cleaning supplies & a vending machine for cold drinks. I got a coke bottle for $3 (not including in the final total). This was my first laundromat with a washer card, or perhaps, I've just always used quarters. However, one of the people waiting for their clothes was kind enough to point me to the direction for the card. It was fairly busy while we were there, but not so much that we couldn't get washers/dryers. My boyfriend said he would rate this a 7/10 experience because he wants to be able to just tap his card & it's hot in here.
