When I arrived to pick up my clothing this evening, I gave the employee my number and explained that I was there to pick up an alteration. His response was, "So!" I was surprised by the tone and asked why he was being rude when I was simply trying to provide helpful information. He replied that he did not need my help to do his job and then said, "Oh well." Needless to say, I was surprised by his rudeness. I asked for his name, and he responded, "My name is the only employee who works here." When I asked again, he refused to provide it. I paid for my items and left upset. My husband, who had been waiting in the car, noticed that I was distressed and asked what happened. He went inside and told the employee to apologize for being rude, which the employee eventually did. I'm still in shock that I had to encounter this type of behavior. The owners have always treated me well, which makes this experience especially disappointing. However, because of the employee's disrespectful behavior and unwillingness to handle the situation professionally, I will no longer be a customer. Customer service matters, and no customer should be treated this way when simply picking up their clothing.

Suit and shirt should've been completed the day before. I walked into them, not knowing where any of my things were. None of my suit or shirt had been finished or pressed. I visually saw one of the workers find my pants in a pile then they found my shirt in a pile. They proceeded to tell me that the entire suit was completed already, but the shirt was the only thing they were missing. I waited an extra 20 minutes so they could press my entire suit and shirt. The lady working proceeded to lie to me tell me that the only thing that wasn't completed was my shirt when the truth was, it was my entire suit that wasn't completed. Horrible service. They still charge me almost full price. I waited an extra 40 minutes there waiting for it to be done. Very unorganized do not recommend going here.

I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.
