They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). I brought my Father-in-Law's army uniform from when he served in Vietnam. I also brought in a…read morecustom jacket that he had made with Vietnam info. He recently passed and we wanted to make a shadowbox with his uniform. I found them on Google when I searched for specialty military uniform cleaners. They were about 30 minutes away from me but well worth the drive. When I brought in the uniform, they were very respectful and courteous and showed those qualities throughout the entire process. Since the uniform & jacket had been sitting uncovered in an attic-like environment for so many years, it was covered in dust. Sandy & her team were up front in educating me about the risks and what long-term dust does to fabric. There was a big risk that it could tear the fabric. They stated that they would put it in a safety bag and though they had dry cleaned worse in the past (and it came out fine), the risk was still there. They were also concerned about the jacket and the embroidery on it and advised against doing the jacket. With trying to plan his celebration of life and out-of-town work trips, the unform was left for several weeks while my family and I went back and forth on whether we should go through with it. We ultimately decided to have the uniform done only and I am just so thrilled at the results. It came out so beautiful and no tears! I let out the loudest sigh of relief when they called and said the unform was ok and beautiful! Once I have the go ahead, it was ready the next day. The team took off the pins very carefully and put them in their own bag. They even went above and beyond by writing down the directions of where to put them back on! I can't say enough good things about Sandy and her team. 10 stars in my book. Kind, respectful, patient, and courteous. Something was absolutely needed during this time of grieving my FIL's passing. I absolutely recommend them for your specialty items!
