Yvonne personally rewashed my comforter and it came back absolutely perfect -- so clean, fluffy, and it smells amazing. She is honestly the nicest person and a pleasure to do business with. She makes you feel so welcome every time. I 100% recommend their laundry drop off service now. They made a mistake but they owned it and fixed it better than I expected. They had exactly what I needed with heavy duty commercial grade washers that would accept a large heavy and bulky load. Only one issue I wasn't prepared and I had no laundry detergent for the covers. Not a problem the staff inside that manages their location keeping it clean and running took care of me with some samples of Tide commercial grade laundry detergent. Absolutely top notch service and the truck cover came out as new with this detergent and heavy duty cleaning of the machine! When they need washing again I will definitely return back here. They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). They also do drop-off laundry and have early bird specials most mornings. Easy, stress-free experience. I'd come back and would definitely recommend.

The owner swears up and down it didn't happen there, but I am very meticulous about how I care for my clothes. I inspect everything before they go to the dry cleaners and their were no stains or spots on any of the garments. It's going to cost me $400 to replace the damaged pants and shirt. The owner refuses to take any responsibility whatsoever. They were not even willing to share responsibility and split the cost with me. I no longer trust them and will cease giving them my business.
