They use reloadable cards (cash or debit/credit), there's WiFi, clean bathrooms, and lots of food spots nearby (plus an ice cream shop for when laundry day needs a little reward ). I haven't been to one since I was a kid when coins were still being used. I was having trouble getting a card to be able to do my laundry so the manager Mike came and gave me some assistance. He could tell I was newbie so he gave me a quick orientation. I am so happy I came today with my teenage boy who got a chance to see good customer service. The machines have mega, big and normal size options. I used the big silver machines and 3 white machines they with very well. The dryers are great too. The place is clean too. Tip: bring cash so you can fill up your card but if you don't bring enough there's a wells Fargo ATM in the corner. Thank you Mike for your customer service and helpfulness.
