The nicest people, who happen to be the best cleaner/alteration shop around. Hands down. Very affordable and fast.

I brought in my Army uniform to have a unit patch and rank added. When I dropped it off, I was told they had done many Army uniforms before, so I trusted that they knew the regulations. When I picked it up, the unit patch was placed incorrectly and was out of regulation. I brought it back and was told they could fix it. Two days later, I picked it up again, and they had made the exact same mistake. If you say that you have experience with military uniforms, you should know the proper regulations or at least verify them before altering someone's uniform. Very disappointing experience, especially after giving them a second opportunity to fix the issue. read more

I needed 3 delicate blouses cleaned and they did a great job. They came to my door to pick up and deliver the pieces. I was very impressed with their service read more

Thank you!!! My husband spilled chipotle salsa on a silk Tommy Bahama shirt. It was bad- real bad- I went home and sprayed it with Shout which meant I had to rinse it, got it wet and left water stains ! I think I may have made it worse! 2 days went by and I forgot to take it to the cleaners! I drove over to Ontario Cleaners and David said he would try his best but couldn't guarantee an outcome! 2 days later I picked it up and to my surprise YES!!! It looks brand new!! Thank you David! Appreciate your help! read more

Huge wifey fail ‍ -- I thought I could spot clean my husband's $400 suit and nearly ruined it. I rushed over to Ontario Cleaners, and they took care of everything right away. I can't tell you how relieved I was when they called to say they had completely undone my mistake, just in time for my husband's business trip. They truly saved the day! The quality of their work is amazing, and the turnaround was faster than I expected. Ontario Cleaners has definitely earned my trust, and I'll be back again for sure. read more

I used to go to this laundry even though their prices were higher than others, because the original owner was a very kind and professional person. But since she retired and gave the management to someone else, everything has changed. The new manager is disrespectful and unprofessional. He closes the store before the posted hours on Yelp and Google, does not respect customers, and is very rude. Many times I received my clothes with the same stains still on them, and I had to take them to another laundry to get them cleaned properly. I'm not surprised--the new management will make this business lose customers and eventually close if things continue like this. read more

They refused to provide a price over the phone. If you're selling something negotiable like a car, house, or boat, I understand -- pricing can vary. But if you can't tell me what you charge to wash a shirt, that's not transparency, that's shady business. read more

By far the best cleaners in Ontario, I've been to a couple but David does a great Job , great customer service , I recommend Ontarios cleaners 100% read more

I've been coming here for about 15 years and have always been pleased with their services...dry cleaning, alterations. Recently I had a garment altered and for one reason or another it got damaged. The new owner was quick to resolve the issue by ordering and purchasing a new item...not cheap! I will continue seeking their services as they have proven time and again to be a stand up business. read more

The owners go beyond being helpful. I'm handicapped, the owner even helped me with my clothes. Quality work.

I have the BEST and kindest service here! If you want someone who is thorough, gives me honest and effective suggestions and expectations, and always does a beautiful job... while also being so sweet I could get a toothache... come here! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and cute in my "studio 54" themed outfit as well! You did amazingly, and at a pretty short notice too! I felt confident for my birthday and I owe you that thanks. read more

I foolishly packed a dry-clean only silk skirt in the same bag with my son's hair gel; it didn't end well for my skirt. I was certain it was ruined for good, but I figured it couldn't hurt to spend a few bucks to try to save it first. Man, am I glad I did. My before and afters speak for themselves. Ontario Cleaners saved my skirt for just under $9. Such an insanely good value. read more

Ontario Cleaners - The best cleaners in Corona Left to Right David and Customer Ralph - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Corona, California

I called a few places to get pricing on dry cleaning for my wedding dress, and let me tell you a lot of places take advantage! Ontario Cleaners offered the most competitive price and their customer service was on point! Lupe helped me out when I was stressed because I had an issue with my dress caused by another seamstress. They helped fix the issues and my dress ended up looking beautiful on my wedding day! I'll definitely be a returning customer. read more

Will not be coming back. The new owner blamed my mother for approving the length of the dress. My mother is short so she needed to get the hem taken up and even then the dress was long. They ruined the front and she needed to put safety pins to hold it right. When I told him (the new owner) over the phone, he said he will refund me for the inconvenience (approx $150). I get there and only refunded me $32 and said it was my Mother's fault she chose the length. The reason we went was for the length issue! Then he offered to fix it, sir you ruined it and you want me to trust you to fix it? I don't think so. I've been a returning customer but with these new owners, I will not be returning and I hope you don't either. You can see in the picture the length was still an issue and the safety pins at the top. (The picture the owner is claiming is the bottom was from the arm length that they also took from) read more

I needed my daughters dress hemmed for homecoming and she wanted to charge me 65.00 ! More then the cost of the dress at Windsor! Varsha has been spectacular!!!!! Great customer Service, quality work, timely and efficient! We couldn't be happier!!!!

Varsha is the sweetest! She was so friendly and personable. She did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress. It was an outdoor wedding so the bottom of it was pretty dirty. She cleaned it multiple times and you can't even tell it was dirty! Each time I was in there she remembered me and made me feel so welcomed! My wedding dress is now perfectly boxed and stored! Thank you so much Varsha!!:) read more

They sewed on a patch for me same day and were very kind . I appreciate them accommodating .

I just came in to deliver 2 suit coats to have them dry cleaned. The Yelp offer says 20% discount and says nothing about having to be a previous customer. The person working here helped me redeem the offer and she looked at my phone screen the entire time. She recognized me before and I mentioned I was already there before. She applied the discount. And then as I'm in my car leaving she calls me and tells me she has to revoke the discount. Then she claims that it says first-time customers only. Despite our entire interaction and her looking at my phone screen at the very offer. It does not say first-time customers only. She was abrasive, she was rude and very pushy. Never coming back here again. And I would recommend you do not either. Update: I wound up finding another place that charged much less that had five star reviews on Yelp. read more

I was in a bind (no pun intended)! It was Saturday and I was part of a wedding Sunday afternoon. I bought a new lightweight suit (it was an outdoor wedding on a sunny 85°+ day) but the coat sleeves were too long and the back needed to be taken up. I called Gigi just before noon, explained my situation, and he invited me to come to his shop. He measured me up and told me to come back by 4:00, THE SAME DAY! I did and the coat was ready--a perfect fit! One and done. I don't recommend being this last minute, but if you need something done right and quickly, give him a try! I'll be back. read more

Ontario Cleaners - Thank you for doing a great job for us... I love this place! -Von Dutch - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Corona, California

I have a hard time trusting anyone with my military uniforms but on this particular day I needed my pants hemmed within 24 hours. I reached out to all the local cleaners and most of them told me that they sent the items out or there was no tailor on site. Finally, I came here. Varsha, the owner, was patiently assisting another customer. She greeted me and asked me to give her a few minutes. Now, any other time I would have just walked out and tried another place but her care and patience with this other elderly customer caught my attention. I watched as she gave her tips on how she should fix her dresses and listened to her customers need. It is so rare to get that type of personal service these days! After a couple minutes she listened to what I needed and was honest. I asked her how long she would take and she said "When do YOU need this done?" I was shocked. I had gone to at least 5 other local cleaners/tailors and they gave me the date they would have it done. None of them ever asked when I needed it done. Varsha had it done in less than 24 hours and it was incredibly affordable! For as long as I live in this area I am not going anywhere else! Thank you Varsha! read more
