Service is horrible, quality is ok, value there is none. He is rude and takes zero accountability for his work. I brought in a few masks to get straps installed so I could actually wear them. I clearly explained the purpose: "I want to ride with these on my motorcycle, so the straps need to fit tight." He said he knew what he was doing and measured me his own way. I left thinking he understood exactly what I needed. When I came back to pick them up, the straps were loose, and the only way to keep the mask from falling was to hook it on my ear. Completely useless. I told him I wasn't happy and asked if he could fix it. Instead of owning the mistake, he gave me attitude and tried blaming me for not wearing my balaclava the day I came in. Then he said he "didn't know they weren't supposed to hang on my ear." That was ridiculous. He kept trying to put the blame on me instead of taking accountability and simply correcting the work. I recently bought a backpack purse online from etsy. I love it. It's unique and the color is bright pink. My only problem is that the magnetic snap closure won't stay shut if I actually put items in my purse. I ended up taking it here and asked if he could fix it somehow--even though it's not his usual request. He said he could by going through the lining and putting curtain magnets (?) behind it in the lining to strengthen it. I dropped it off, waited 4-5 days and picked it up. It's absolutely perfect. The magnetic snap is strong enough now and doesn't constantly fall open. The lining is sewn nicely back up (you can kind of tell if you're looking for it), and I couldn't be happier. This guy is really good at his job! I used to come here then I moved but I still drive really far to come here because he has never messed up my clothes and he can do more complicated jobs. I had a dress that I wanted to add darts to and the place by my house told me they won't do it because they don't know how. So I drove all the way out here because I knew my guy could do it and he did and my dress looks good exactly what I wanted! Other times I have had him totally reconstruct some dresses to be totally different silhouettes and styles and he did it with no problems. This is not so common around here. read more

My dresses were ready three days later & they were perfect, I couldn't tell that they had been altered (great needlework) and they fit perfectly. read more

When I asked the owner if he could steam / iron out the huge crease from the old hem, he told me no, that it would take too long to heat up his iron. He suggested that I take my pants to a cleaners and have them fix them. Do not recommend. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Initial customer service was medicrore at best. The dress I brought in was brand-new; not even worn once. When I put on the dress, GG was hesitant to touch the dress and insisted that my daughter pin the it. Upon discussing what I wanted to be altered, he assured me that we would have no worries. Upon picking up the dress, I immediately noticed that there were some major issues with the alterations. The midline of the dress was moved, and when I mentioned it, he said that I was wearing the dress crooked. I also mentioned that the middle of the dress didn't stand right and looked horrible and said it was perfect. GG didn't want to listen to any comments I made. He told me not to talk, take the dress, leave, and don't come back. I simply wanted to state my issues, and he didn't listen. He stated his work was perfect, and if there is a flaw, it's what we see. We were told to immediately leave and not come back. Disgusting customer service. Safe to say that I will not be coming back to this sorry excuse of an alteration tailor. He RUINED my brand-new dress, and I will be reporting him to the Corona Chamber of Business. I had my jacket sleeves shortened by the owner. Overall the job was OK as the elastic sleeves were a bit tight and the sewing wasn't that great - some of the stray threads were still showing.
