You trust a business like this with your clothes--sometimes expensive or important pieces--and you should not receive them back in worse condition than when you dropped them off. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of help afterward. Once there was an issue, no one wanted to take responsibility or properly resolve it. I was left stuck with a damaged piece of clothing. Based on my experiences, I would not trust either the Archibald location or the Limonite location. I cannot recommend either one. Please save yourself the frustration and take your clothing somewhere else, especially if it is something important, expensive, or needed for a special occasion. Extremely disappointing experience. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize.
