A very terrible place to bring your clothes to be altered. Brought in a pair of jeans because they were too long. The tailor said three days and it will be ready. Collected the jeans, and I assumed that since it was just a hem job it would be alright. After a couple of weeks, I used the jeans for the first time. The feeling was "funny," something wasn't right. I examined the jeans and can't find anything wrong until I examined the length. The right leg of the jeans was longer than the left. I can't freaking believe it. I highly suggest to those reading this post and contemplating in using this tailor's services to look somewhere else. Do not waste your time and money. 0/5 stars. read more

Worst place ever. This place ripped a cut into my brand new jeans. Then when I talked too the lady she denied it completely. The thing is if the cut would have been there when I brought them in, it would have been noted. This is a wonderful mom and pop tailor service. They have been here a very long time. They do get overwhelmed certain times of the year so be prepared. Well it all started with when we first initially came in we came in 3 months before my parents wedding to get all our men's suits. Big mistake if we would have know the chain of events we definitely wouldn't have come back. So he told us that it was way to early to come in and rent the suits and to come 3 WEEKS before the wedding. Ok whatever so we all come in and pay upfront for these so called suits. Every one got measured and we left so now my dad gets a call saying someone hasn't paid... how so when we all have receipts. We went over showed him our receipts it's over we go about our day so now it's the night before the wedding no fitting, no trying on all the suits tells us he's had a lot of issues lately and he's gonna be a little late. Ok that's fine he calls to tell us the suits are ready the day of the wedding at 6am so no one got to try on their suits. Everyone's suit was either way to tight or super big. My brother ended up ripping his suit because it was too tight on him meaning he had to find one and quick. He found one but he didn't match us. Anyway we made the best of it. There was nothing we could do about it anyway. So we go to return them and we tell the guy what happened and he looked like he could care less. Like what? Stopped off on a sat, said it would be ready the next sat. I went @ noon, and It wasn't even done yet .The man's reply was "I didn't tell you what time." There was also another woman and her son who were obviously having issues too. I definitely wouldn't go again. But I feel bad, cause it's obvious that this older gentlemen and his wife are just trying to make a living. I'm in shock. I brought in my dress Tuesday because they were close Monday . I asked if he could fix the strap and sew it in place. He assure me he could I come back Friday to give him time because he seemed he needed time. I pick it up today and this is what I got. He looks like he made no effort to make it look right. Then he sews on the outside off the dress with a string color not even close to matching. When I got upset because I gave him 4 days and had no time to get it fixed, he accused me of trying to not pay. I already paid him by the way. He said he will take it apart and give me my money back and that in his 12 years he never had a complaint. Now I see that is not true. I told him to keep the money. I never in my life had to deal with someone that would argue with the dissatisfaction of a customer. I pay you money to do your job. If you can't, let me know especially if you had 4 days to do so. First and last visit to this place! I dropped an item off on Tuesday for alterations and was told it would be done Saturday by 5. I went in to pick up dress, expecting all requested alterations to be done since he stated he could do the work to find out he didn't do the most important part of the alteration. Mind you, this is the dress I'm supposed to wear tomorrow for engagement photos....a call to tell me you couldn't do this would have been nice so I would have had time to get something else to wear. Thanks sir for leaving me in a scramble, and charging me $16 to put a "slit" in a dress. Terrible, don't go here. read more

This Tailor is one of the best tailors out there. Not sure why Mark would say that about Francisco the tailor. This guy is always busting his butt off for his customers & takes alterations the last minute which always tries to finish them on time for his customers, but when people come the last minute for a quick alteration you cannot expect the only tailor there to do flips for you. I've always seen him trying to keep customers happy & says yes to them almost every time. Always rushing for people & staying there late just to finish customers alterations that he promised to do the last minute. There has been times when people come in & get upset with him because he was a few minutes late or couldn't do the alterations the same day for customers. But they have to understand he has time limited for his alterations for that day. People need to cut him some slack. People he is the only tailor plus my mom helps him all the time. Remember he could be home with his family but he chooses to finish your last minute alterations! A little hint people you could help by not bringing him a last minute alterations. If you know you need them by tomorrow or the same day bring them in sooner to solve this problem. He's usually pretty fair with time & his customers. Bring it in sooner give the guy some time. The guy cannot make miracles! even though he has! lol He is the best Tailor out there he's been doing this for over 55yrs plus & has been fixing my clothes for over 30yrs never a problem with my clothes. This place is an absolute JOKE. I brought my wedding dress here to be altered because he was recommended. He assured me that he had 10 years of experience and would have it done in 2 weeks. The day I was supposed to pick it up he called me and said he was having trouble and needed more time. He said that some of the pins came out so he needed me to come in for a second fitting. I did. Then a week later he still had excuses why it wasn't done. Finally, by week 4, I told him we agreed on 2 weeks (which he wrote down) and I needed my dress. He said he was finished with it and to come in. I tried the dress on and was horrified! The front of the dress that was supposed to be taken up was so noticeably uneven. You can tell it was rushed. The straps of my dress were different lengths (by about an inch and a half!) and the bust area that was supposed to be taken in looked like someone grabbed the material and let a 5 year sew it. There were strings from the beads and lace hanging from the dress. The floors are so dirty that when I went to pick it up, the bottom was almost black. He recommended that I have it dry cleaned, OUT OF MY POCKET! Here I am 3 and a half weeks away from my wedding and he still is not done. He has had my dress for almost SIX WEEKS so he can "fix it". We asked for the dress back, but he refused to give me my butchered dress without paying for it. My fiance came with me and let him know that we will be taking him to small claims court for the cost of the dress... I went to David's Bridal and had to purchase a new dress. If you care about your clothes, do not go here. He is a man with no integrity, no follow through on his word, and I would question his "experience". read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a beautiful Jenny Yoo bridesmaids to have it shortened. He charged me $45 which was cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere so I went with him. Plus he reassured me he was very experienced. When I picked up my dress, it was way too short in the back, the hem was totally crooked and the tulle looked like it was cut by a child. I could not believe how bad it looked. I called and he said to bring it in so he could "take a look at it" but I don't know how he can make the length longer. Plus I had to travel for a wedding the next day and I didn't trust him anymore with my dress. He first told me my dress would be ready by 6 pm Wednesday, then called me saying it'll be ready by 7 pm around 4 pm so it's obvious he rushed on my dress in a few hours. I'm very disappointed in both service and quality. I would not recommend this tailor if you're looking for quality work. read more

Great Tailor!! I go to him for all of my suit needs. He has been late once or twice but 90% of the time he is spot on. His work is super clean and very professional. Always willing to help and works hard. I go to Francisco for the quality of his work. I recommend him every time to other looking for some alterations. His rentals are super affordable as well. OMG!!this place is horrible!!! The little old man needs to close up shop!! I went in 2weeks before my daughters prom to have her dress altered he said(Fernando or Francisco) that it was plenty of time to get it done. So I didnt give it a thought,well as the time approached he called and said could I pick up on the day of, which was when he opened but then he called again and pushed till 12 noon. 12 noon came he pushed it till 2pm well my daughter was in panick mode by then pictures were to be taken by 3pm ... So she heads over with her boyfriend to pick up her dress and his tux mind you I had paid already a price too high $70 to hem and put a snap in back, but it's prom... So they go in only to find he hadn't worked on her dress at all or her boyfriends tuxhis mother was there and helped them talk to the man but he didnt even care my daughter was in tears , the so called tailor said he didn't have the right needle to fix my daughters dress... So my daughters boyfriends mother had to tell the tailor how to fix it . I think I should of paid her. Her boyfriends tux was not altered. He argued he would not give back the money, all he gave back was $20. Horrible Experience!!!!he should of never took on more than his feeble mind could chew! read more
