I took in a suit that had asphalt all over it from falling off my scooter. I didn't think the suit was salvageable, but asked them to give it a try. For a very low cost they took out every single stain. I am in shock! I will 100% be using this dry cleaner moving forward! read more

most importantly: i waited until -tuesday- to drop my suit off . huge detail . but i stopped by on tuesday 11/04 and needed my suit cleaned and pressed by thursday 11/06, and asked for it to be ready on time for a last minute event . albeit, i stopped by thursday morning, and they needed more time, they said it would be ready before i needed to leave for LA . they came through on cleaning and pressing my suit, they cleaned the spots i pointed out, and they did a great job at incredibly reasonable price . i'll be back, and i sincerely appreciate their patience with -my- accelerated timeline . again, they were working with something that was dropped on them, and any time delays were my own read more

Dropped off a pair of pants to have the zipper fixed was told $18 for total price when dropping them off. I just picked them up and the owner said it's $18 each pants when I was told something different when dropping them off. Owner did not work with me or understood the misunderstanding from there end she just cared about the $36 horrible customer service will never come back to this cleaners. Make sure you get a correct total price before dropping off or just don't come here at all!! read more

If you want your hat cleaned I suggest to clean it yourself or else they will ruin your hat and leave wrinkles and will leave your hat crooked and make the material from hard to soft and they also made my hat shrunk (strongly recommend to not come here at all). And over all you're paying 10 bucks to get your hat ruined, might as well buy a new hat for the same price. In addition there are still stains on the hat read more

Clean place, very busy. A little pricey for me, 4 girl dresses pressed was $60 bucks. I can see it being $40 but $60 was way too much. Ask for prices before dropping clothes off. I made the mistake not asking. read more

I'm kind of weird at being an adult, but I wear NFL jerseys pretty regularly. Unfortunately, since the dawn of mankind.. we have been unable to wash them in a uniform way.. pun intended. I randomly love the Cleveland Browns, don't judge, and I had to get my OBJ and Juice Landry jerseys clean. Before, I even walked in the owner was going to get food and he said hi and asked how I was doing. I smiled and when walking in, they told me the prices and more importantly realized the game was this weekend and they dry cleaned my jerseys the next day no extra cost! Plus the Browns won! read more

Update - this place has been under new management for 2 or 3 years now. Service is friendly enough but they no longer carry clothes to the car for you. They might ask if you want help but the previous owners practically raced to help. Maybe a small touch...but I miss it. Price remains highish. I am keeping my same rating though. read more

First of all they are extremely slow. Took four days for a comforter that they charged me $60 for. Other places charged around $35. Alterations are way overpriced also. Please do yourself a favor and call around to get quotes and save yourself some money. read more

As a millennial I walked into a dry cleaners shop for the very first time, in need of dry cleaning for a suit. I have been coming here for six years. They have literally seen my kids grow up. they always say hi and comment how they are getting so big. I love these people! This is what a small business should strive to be! They do quality work, try and satisfy your every need, the prices are great, and they are so nice they even carry the dry cleaning out to your car and hang it for you if they have time....which is almost ever time unless I tell them I've got it! Support a small business and come here, they are worth it to keep around! The clothes I have no complaints, and if I did, they would rectify it I'm sure. Can't ask for more of a guarantee then a business who stands by the work! read more

I took in 19 various pieces of clothing including a men's trench coat, women's coat and what is called a western duster (Like a trench coat) at the cost of 198.15. I picked up my items and all 19 were there, we counted while there. About a week later I pulled my duster to wear it but it felt light, but being in a hurry as a Iwas running late I just put in the truck. Later that day when I put it on I could feel it was not as heavy and it was not warm. So I realized the lining was missing and what is called a cape that fits over the shoulders was missing also. I called and spoke to a girl who said I had to talk to the owners who would be back in a few days and would have them call me. Well that never happened. I finally called them they asked me to bring the coat by so and leave it with them and they could look at the cameras. Then a few days later I called and they said had taken my coat to the store and said that the coat did not come with a liner I told them I bought with the liner. Weeks later they tell me to come to the cleaners they want to show me on the camara. Now they say I did not bring that coat that I made a mistake and it was a different coat that had a zipper. I do not own a trench coat with a zipper. The video is not clear. It was a new coat that I had received for my birthday in January. I can afford to buy another coat or buy the accessories. THAT IS NOT THE POINT! THE POINT IS I DROPPED IT OFF COMPLETE AND I RECIEVED IT MISSING PIECES !!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING BE RESPONABLE!!! I had been using them in since 12/27/22 until 2/10/23 and spent close to $500.00 and they could care less and very deceitful. I RECOMEND YOU DON"T DUE BUSINESS HERE!!! read more

I called here in a panic needing an unexpected alteration the MORNING of a wedding..fml! I received the BEST business! Not only did they take care of my alteration like a priority but they pressed addition clothing all within my ridiculous time frame! Most places cannot do same day alterations let alone within three hours! Their service deserves way more than 5 stars! Needless to say they have a new customer for life! read more

A superior dry cleaner, especially with uniforms, suits and important clothes. Been coming to Mr. Park's cleaners for about 20 years. They have a very strong Christian work ethic and bend over backwards to make customers happy. They care about customers and do the job right. I tried several cleaners until I found Val Verde and Sunshine (both owned by Mr. & Mrs. Park). Many cleaners send their cleaning off site and it causes problems like lost clothing, delays or damage. Not here, everything is done on sight. You will pay a little more then the "$2 bargain" cleaners but they do it right, never had a lost piece or any mysterious damage. A big indicator of a success for a business is employee turnover, their employees tend to stay several years and appear to be treated well. The employees have always treated me courteously. If you want no hassles and the your cleaning done right-come here! I know for a fact if there is any issue with alterations or satisfaction, they will fix it without delay. The few, I mean few times (1-2 over 20 years?) I have heard any unhappy customers while I've been here; I've seen the owners either provide the service for free or do whatever it took to make the person happy. DO NOT PASS LA SIERRA VERDE, go here for your cleaning and minor alterations. read more

This site has amazing and kind customer service! I don't dry clean often, but I'll be back for sure!

I tried this cleaner store for alterations. First, the person doing alterations is terrible. Second, they tried a bait-and-switch: they quoted one price and charged me another when I went to pick up the clothing. After numerous phone calls with the owner I decided to cut my losses because the owner was not interested in fixing the problem. He only wnated me to go away and not bother him anymore. Needless to say, I won't bother him with any more work. read more

This place is awesome! I've been coming here for the last four years. I always receive great customer service and my clothes are perfect 100% of the time. Funny thing is, the first day I came to this location I saw the owner and realized that it was the same owner as the Corona location I would have my clothes laundered and pressed at. This family runs a great operation and you're always greeted with a smile. read more

We have been using this Dry Cleaning service near our home since moving to Riverside in 2009. We have NEVER had a problem! Our clothes always look terrific and are ready when promised. We have also had clothes repaired here. I poked the back of a shirt on a fence and needed the hole mended; now you can't tell there was a hole or tear. Never have problems asking for buttons to be replaced on shirts. The couple is always kind and appreciative of our business. read more

Very nice people here. They do a great job with my clothes & are quick! Highly recommended!

Used this place about 5-6 times for alterations. Usually always did great and low prices. So this last time I felt comfortable enough to bring in a big job (2 dress hemmings and bring in the waist a bit on a skirt). Dropped off Thursday, picked up Tuesday. Low prices vanished. $52. Which i would have been fine with if it was a good or even proper job. One dress came out good. Second dress missed a little section of hemming which was fixed as soon as I pointed it out. The skirt, absolute horrible job. Its a pleated skirt, and you can definitely tell that she rushed. Pleats didn't lay right. Loose strings that just started unraveling. If it's too hard or you can't do it then say that. Don't do a mess up just so you can charge for it. For $52 I could have brought my own equipment and altered everything myself. So if you charge me for it then it needs to be right. So now after calling them out on it, she's going to fix it correctly free of charge (since I was already charged), but of course now have to wait til the end of the week again to pick it up. They were so good before, that's why I kept coming back. But after this last time, I'll definitely be finding a new place to go. The skirt was that bad, I mean come on now. Not too happy at the moment. Repairs cost more than the actual items did. Totally disappointed! read more
