I brought in my jeans to be taken in at the waist. I picked them up and tried them on when I got home. There was a bunch of cloth the top part of the rear end that poked out and looked like I had a little errection on my back end. So I took it back to get it fixed. When I picked it up the seams were all uneven as pictured. ‍ It's was a mess. The nice lady there obviously didn't know how to take in jeans. I wish she would have told me that in the beginning. Total waste of money and time. She finally fixed it and I had to wait a full week again. It looks better, but definitely not a great job. read more

I just wanted to send via regular mail, but she made me get the priority envelope becuz it's going to the court right here in Corona and then charged me more than the post office for the stamp! I go pick it up and the lady says $6, but she told me $3. She refused to give me my shirt unless I paid the extra $3. She even called me a LIAR. Summer 2006. I had barely touched the ground in California for the first time in my life when I accidentally stained my one-of-a-kind rosy pink Theory suit jacket with a goddamn strawberry. I needed help. Immediately. Worried about the stain's potency, I frantically drove around the foreign streets of the Golden State. I was desperate to find a dry cleaner before the strawberry could claim victory in its battle with my blazer. Lo and behold, I found my car racing to the parking lot of the first dry cleaner I spotted. I ran inside, my eyes brimming with tears, and asked the lady at the cashier, "Please, please, please tell me that strawberry stains aren't permanent. PLEASE." The kind Korean woman, bless her heart, examined the stain with an x-ray vision comparable to Superman's. The lady tsked and gently reprimanded me for having butter fingers, but said there might be hope for my jacket. And hope is all I needed at that point. Long story short, she became my personal superhero three hours later when I picked up my blazer and found it in the flawless, rosy pink shape as I originally bought it... It could have been brilliant coincidence or dumb luck that I witnessed the miracle on Pierce Street. Either way, my blazer hangs in my closet today without any sign of its Fragarian affair. While driving through Riverside I saw that this dry cleaner also does purse cleaning. My LV was very dirty and since we are so close to the holiday I decided it was time to get it cleaned. The cost for my large bag was $45 (you don't pay until pick up). I was told that it would be ready in about a week. After a week passed and I didn't get a phone call I called to check up; then I was told one more week. If I am not honest I was nervous it was lost. However the next week came and I was told it was ready. The woman behind the counter is such a bright light! She was so happy and smiling and her customer service was amazing. I was told that the reason my purse wasn't ready at the original time was because they received the purse and it wasn't "perfect". So they sent it back one more time and got it restored to its brand new condition. I am thrilled with how clean it was! I will gladly wait if it means I get the great results that I did!! The lady gets upset as I explain to her I told her press only and that she quoted me $2.25 a piece. Long story short she says to me. I dropped off my suit ($9.25) & a boutique dress shirt ($5.25) yesterday & just picked them up this morning. I had a good experience. The woman behind the counter was quick, friendly and competent - everything praiseworthy of a service provider - and my clothes were returned with none of the tell-tale signs of abuse I've read about. The only reason I don't give 5/5 is that I've only tried them once, and it was my first dry cleaning experience, at that. But, if I need a cleaner while I still live in the area, they've earned a second chance, and if they keep it up - I'll add a star, no problem. read more

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a good dry cleaner to take care of the most important thing I will ever wear (My wedding dress!) After reading reviews on Yelp, I decided to stop in and get a quote. The pricing was REALLY affordable and I took a chance. I was a little nervous, since my dress was a once worn Watters gown.. but they took EXCELLENT care of the material and made it look brand spankin' new! There were small wine stains on the bottom seam and it has disappeared! Not only that but I was given a small discount and they were so friendly and accomodating. My gown was returned to me in a cardboard dress form and wrapped nicely in basic dry-cleaner plastic and hanger. She was so sweet about the dress, when I told her my fiance was waiting in the car she helped me get it in the trunk so he couldn't peek :) Adorable. I submitted a light pink coat for dry cleaning here after seeing the reviews on yelp. The coat came back the same. Didn't look any cleaner. After I complained, they told me they could try to re-clean but the fabric was not "good quality" so not to expect very much. I came to pick up coat a second time and coat had a stain on the back that looked like it had been stepped on. The clerk insisted I had brought the coat in that way but I complained that I did not and she took the coat back and said this would be the last time. After picking up the coat today I am again dissatisfied with their work. The stepped on stain is gone, but over all the coat doesn't look any cleaner. Do not go here if you can help it, also ask about the detergent they use, it can be recycled detergent that would not leave your clothes any cleaner. Took an expensive $300 bridesmaid dress that has been sitting in my closest for about 2 years that I have never worn since, due to the ridiculous ballgown length (even in 5 inch shoes and my 5'8 height still sweeping up debris off the floor! Oh the things bridesmaids do for brides!). Thought it was about time that I get it altered so I can get my money's worth from it! Found Plaza Cleaners from Yelp, the other reviewers were right really nice service. Both the husband and wife are very friendly & nice. To alter my dress was a bit pricey (due to the crazy layers on the dress-8 layers and more than 5 inches to be removed & the botton hemmed) I felt the price was decent for the amount of work done. I was also able to use a check-in coupon for $15 off so that helped bring down the price a bit. Will definetly be taking my other bridesmaid dresses and other garments that need to be altered & cleaned. Plaza cleaners is now my new local dry cleaner! read more

It was my first experience using a dry cleaning company for a black fur coat, and I was very pleased with my experience. The owners are very kind and friendly. I was able to pick my coat up in a timely manner and it looks brand new! Living with two always shedding dogs, I had the coat covered in white dog hair. I had to get my pants hemmed for work so I found this place on Yelp and took my pants there. Turns out they were Korean (surprise), and I am too, so I spoke really bad Korean to them. They were extremely nice and the sweet lady measured my pants and told me to come back in a few hours to pick up my pants. They were very nice and made conversation with me, and didn't make me feel like a kid or anything either. I came back, and paid for them (only $10!), and they fit great and I was on my way. To this day, the hem is still together... Now, the reason why I say that, is because for my second pair of pants, I tried to get them hemmed at a DIFFERENT place that was closer, and NO WAY. They took an entire day to get them done, they were more expensive ($15), and I kid you not, the hem came apart the NEXT DAY. So next time I have anything I need hemmed, fixed, dry cleaned, etc., I'll definitely drive just a bit further to go here. :) read more

BEWARE!!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I have had nothing but problems with this cleaners for the last month. Back in August I brought several shirts and pants of my sons to get dry cleaned. They are extremely pricey but I went ahead and used them anyway. I should have known better and my gut feeling was telling me not to pay but I did anyway and now Im regretting it completely. I brought my sons week old clothes there to get dry cleaned because we spent a lot of money on his back to school clothes. I live in an apt so we share washers and dryers and because his clothes were brand new I decided to take them in to get cleaned instead. The first time I went to pick it up I noticed 2 shirts were stained. Its VERY OBVIOUS ITS A CHEMICAL STAIN. I pointed it out to the lady and she said maybe I brought it in that way. Obviously this made me upset because first off those clothes were worn 1x! And my son isnt a little child hes 16! I know the condition of the clothes were not like that when I dropped them off. She tried blaming my son and then she told me its the company that makes the shirts. She told me to take it back to the store and demand a refund. Im sorry I have morals ! I told her thats being dishonest and I refused to blame the store when it was clearly their fault. I gave her another chance to try to get the stains out. The 2nd time I went to pickup the shirts, the gray one was free of stains but they tried to hand me the red shirt still stained. I pointed it out to the gentleman there and he asked me to leave it to clean it again!! I left the 1 shirt there and today I went back in to pick it up a 3rd time and AGAIN ITS STILL DAMAGED! I CANT BELIEVE IT ! She started blaming my son AGAIN! She stated again for me to take it back to the store and I refused. Why should I drive all the way out to Ontario for a mistake they made while cleaning it. She came up with excuses but insisted my son spilled something on it. This is so wrong on so many levels. I am a business owner as well and I would NEVER ACCUSE a customer of any wrong doing. I have taken a loss with customers before because I would never ruin our reputation over money. This was only a few dollars and I have taken losses in the hundreds to protect our family owned business. I asked for a refund on the cleaning and the cost of the shirt and she refused. She asked me to keep the shirt for a 4th time now to try to clean it again. I said I dont even want the shirt anymore. They can keep the shirt and refund me the cost of the shirt and the cleaning and she refused again! I ended up leaving the shirt there for a 4th time for them to attempt to clean it. I honestly cant believe the disregard for customer service at this place. Not only are they expensive but they damage clothes and try to blame the customer! Disgusting ! I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I really need to do this because who I am assuming is the owner (an older lady) is extremely RUDE and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I was recently in there dropping off a Priority Mail envelope ( they have this service in there also). I walked in and leaned over to drop envelope and bumped my head on bar. Instead of lady asking if I was ok, she told she didn't care about me and was concerned that her furniture was ok. On top of that, she wants to charge for Priority envelopes which are free from the post office. She has never made me feel like my business is appreciated or valued which is why I will take my business elsewhere. Considering all the positive reviews, I'm surprised I had such a terrible experience. First off, they do not accept cards for tags under $10, this isn't posted anywhere and was not told to me when I dropped off my husbands slacks, even though it was obvious I'd never been there before and just had the one item. I did not have cash on me and they wouldn't make an exception. It was a big inconvenience to have to go run to the bank. Second time there, they told me it would take 4 days! For one pair of slacks! I went to pick up my item on the pick up day and it was not ready, she told me to come back at 5. So I go back at 5 and she said that they still weren't ready. She could have called me, but nope, I made another inconvenient trip. She said they would be done the next day and that she would call me. The next day she calls me and told me they were in, but I go to pick them up and they are the wrong pants! Now she tells me they lost the tag and to give them a week, before they'll replace them. Overall this place was a huge inconvenience to me and I will not be going back. Not happy with their service time and lack of communication with their customers! read more

The service here is great and the prices are very competitive. I have been taking my shirts and suits here for over a year and have never had any issues. I recently had them clean my couch cushions covers and while the whole job wasn't cheap, I was very very impressed with how they look now. Horrible customer service! Took in a few uniforms to press and needed patches sewed on. Was told to pick up Wednesday but I couldn't so went in early on Thursday to pick them up. It clearly states that they open at 7am. Waited an HOUR A HALF for them to actually get there and open their business. When I received my stuff the patches were not sewn on! They said that they would need more days to put the patches on but they NEVER told me this in the first place. Mind you these uniforms were supposed to be done the day before. I had to wear the uniforms 2 hours later that same day! I literally took them home and had to hand sew them on myself. They offered no explanation or apology. BEWARE! I had a very odd experience here. I took 4 pairs of pants in to be altered. I was asked to pay before the work was done, which I thought was a little odd. I was told they would be done in a few days. When I came back she told me that she was only able to alter 2 pairs, that the other 2 couldn't be let out at all. I told her that was ok, but I had already paid for all 4. I had paid with a credit card and was told she didn't know how to refund credit so she would give me a store credit. I mentioned that I probably wouldn't be coming back as I don't need anything dry cleaned. She said she would give me back cash instead but that I would have to come back another day for it. I was a little put off by this but told her that would be fine. I came back 2 days later and she told me she didn't have the cash so she would call the credit card company and find out how to return it to my card. At this point I was frustrated that she hadn't done that in the first place. The couple that runs the place is nice enough, but I won't be giving them my business after that.
