I'm a big fan of their services It's probably one of the nicest laundromats in Riverside in my opinion I just wish the owner would use the power washer to clean the sidewalk off and maybe do something to try to keep homeless away because it's a little bit of a hangout I've also personally messaged the manager, Russell Asking him if we could add tips to our credit card payments when we pick up Laundry and I'm still waiting

They have specials but who wants to come here when it's crowded? Yuck. This area is so poverty, I feel it's unethical to charge the prices this place charges. It feels like they are exploiting people who are already struggling. The price for the 35lb dryers say $1.00 but where you slide your card and it's much harder to read it says $1.79. So misleading and dishonest. I was expecting to be charged $1.00 and I only had $2 on my card left for drying, and I put my clothes in two dryers. I had to reload my card to dry my clothes. And the worst part is it didn't even dry my clothes completely! The fact that you can't purchase smaller increments of time is insane. $1.79 for 28 minutes. If it isn't dried after that you have to spend another $1.79?! Disgusting. At my regular laundry spot it's $.25 each 7 minutes. It has never cost me more than $1 per dryer to dry clothes. Sadly I live very close to this location so it's convenient. But I will try my best never to come back here. The last thing I want to do is support a business that is so greedy, especially when everyone is struggling so much right now.

I wanted waistband to be altered (add inch with elastic). I provided fabric to be used if needed. They couldn't find my pants when picked up blazers (not in system). I was waiting for response on if they could do it and to give me quote. Staff called manager, quoted $45 and I said pass, please return slacks. Came back from vacation to pick up pants- they were altered. Elastic was not used and neither was my fabric (which is fine, but they kept it). I was upset with whole ordeal. Staff called manager again. Heard exchange and she asked him to speak to me- he declined. She offered a 20% discount. I said 25% because they kept fabric ( it was pricey fabric). I realized when I got home they didn't even add the elastic. I asked manager to call me back. This is the 3rd week day and nothing. I should have asked to put it in writing. The work was done well ( but missed elastic), the problem was disorganization, miscommunication, and lack of ownership from owner/ manager- he personally has not called to apologize.
