I brought my bridesmaid dress here to be steamed before an upcoming wedding this weekend. When I picked it up, I discovered five separate snags on the fabric that were not there before. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, especially considering this was an important dress for a special occasion. I trusted this business to handle my garment with care, and unfortunately, it was returned to me damaged. While steaming itself was only $20, the cost is insignificant compared to the damage done to my dress. I would have appreciated honesty, accountability, or at the very least being informed if something happened while it was in their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaner. I hope they take greater care with customers' garments in the future so others don't have a similar experience.

Then, she calls her husband (apparently also works there) and he proceeded to tell me that they are not responsible for any damages. At that time, the female employee found a small sign that was turned away from customers, that states the same. The husband continued to tell me that it was insulting to him that I pointed out my uniform was damaged. When I drop off an item that is not damaged, I do not expect to pick it up damaged. I understand things happen, but I would expect the company to fix my uniform.
