Refused to take responsibility for there lack of professionalism and integrity. They will not receive acceptable reference from me. Quite the contrary I've read your response I was so disappointed. Your inaccurate account of our conversation only confirms your lack of responsibility for the damage that was done. If the pants had been worn for forty years the wearer would been 10 years old wearing them. I asked for credit for the damage not currency. The businesses in our city our reputable and provide customers with care and concern. You on the other hand my dear are not one of them.

This was the first time in a very long time I've been to a laundromat and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, high quality commercial equipment and the employees who helped get a newbie started. Got all my laundry washed, dried in folded in less than two hours...amazing! Only mistake I made was not noticing that each of the larger washers could hold up to four baskets of laundry. Same goes for the dryers. They even have bigger washers and dryers, too! Very impressive and nice to know I've got a solid local laundry backup in MoVal.
