Customer service lacks. I wasn't greeted the last 4 times I went in. I got my bag cleaned for $80 and upon return, the same stains and smell were in the bag. The price nor the wait were worth it at all. Had alterations done & the patchwork wasn't great. BAD EXPERIENCE when I pick up my clothes from SPECTRUM CLEANERS . They burn my Levi's when I took the pants to show the lady in front.. I was told by her they were like that!! Of course not... when I drop my clothes every single piece was in good Condition. She said they didnt burn them.!! (with bad attitude)... Of course I was so disappointed. TLDR: Caused a huge tear on the front-facing side of one of the legs on dress pants we recently bought and stained the other leg with something yellow at the same height. Refused to even consider that they might've messed up and claimed that we ripped the pants and painted the yellow on. Pants were bought with a matching coat, so they basically ruined the outfit too! Also lost my mom's fabric belt to her coat. Clothes don't even come out clean anyways! Stay away! We went in today on April 6, 2024. We had recently picked up some dry cleaning in bulk like we usually do (we've been coming here for a while now) and I needed a pair of dress pants for a very important interview so I took out one of the pants from the clothes that we picked up. To my horror I come to see a huge tear in these pants that we just recently bought along with a nasty yellow stain on the other leg at the same height of the other. The tear looks like it has something around the edge too. After calling and coming in with the pants, an older short man who we spoke on the phone with began to tell us that we were basically lying and that it was not them. Mind you we've been going to this place for a long time. He had the courage to say that I ripped the pants and that we might've painted the yellow onto the pants. Really! He even had me take off my shoes in the store and demanded that I put on the pants in front of him to prove that they were mine. I struggled to put them on (since I wasn't going to strip to underwear in the middle of the store) and the tear was nowhere near my knee like he was claiming it would be. Sure the other reviews say they are cheap prices here, but please stay away because they accuse loyal customers of being liars and the clothes don't even come out clean. Also, they lost my mom's fabric belt to her NY Co coat and she was so nervous trying to have a conversation with the man who was being so rude and stubborn that she forgot to mention it. This establishment is completely useless. They do not need to be in business, they completely ruin your items and they have no shame returning them back to you in a fucked up way and give an excuse on why your item is completely ruined. I gave them a chance once twice but this third time that was it they completely messed up my brand new never been worn jeans and I'm completely frustrated and very upset with them. I will never come to this place again please do not bring your stuff here. It's a waste of money And it will definitely ruin your things. And it sucks because they're the only cleaners in the area unless you wanna drive out of the city. I really hope that a new cleaners is established in perris! I'm not one to leave a bad review but this company earned it. I dropped off an item that needed alterations and was told to come pick it up in a few days. Not only was it not ready as promised they told me it would be ready the following day. When I showed up to pick up my items the next day, they still had not even began to work on my alterations and was told that they made a mistake in the system. This is beyond frustrating because the least they could've done was called and let me know of their error. Based on this, I would not recommend this company. read more

I just moved to Perris Ca and I needed a good dry cleaning so I found this little gem. They are fast and professional and very friendly

I don't understand their business practice. I take the same 4 dresses for cleaning and for some reason the price is never the same . I asked why is the price always different each time I come with the same 4 dresses and the response was it take longer to press. Lol, I paid $5.00 for the dress but it cost me $10.50 to have it cleaned. I think I will find another cleaners where the price is consistent. read more

This place is horrible I advise you please do not go here I took some curtains here to get hemmed. THE WORST. The came out crooked and when I went back to tell the guy he just pressed them. The issues wasn't pressing the issue was that the lady who sewed them did not do it straight. I also wanted to add a invisible zipper to a costume and he told me pretty much could not do it I took it to a cleaner down the street next to stater brothers and they were able to do it for 6 bucks. The guy is very unprofessional please go to the cleaners shop next to stater brothers. I now have to repay to do my curtains which this place destroyed. Very unsatisfied. read more

This place should not advertise professional alterations. The seamstress is very unprofessional and very sloppy. Took two items that needed simple alterations and her work was so dirty that I had to ask her to undo the work she had done. She will charge and will not give you a refund for her work regardless of how bad it is. Terrible experience. read more
