My brother, who is an USMC vet, unexpectantly passed away. We had no way of getting his DD-214 as he never registered with the VA. My sister in law wanted him to have the Honor Guard present and have my brother buried in his Dress Blues. A friend got the uniform; however, the trousers didnt have the blood stripe. Big John's Military Supply store recommended Central Cleaners to me for same day alterations. I spoke to Lupe on the phone about my situation and told her about the time crunch I was in. I brought the trousers to her at about 430pm and she had them ready for me in less than two hours. She was accommodating, professional, and very empathetic about my sitaution. Thanks to Lupe my brother will be buried right & tight in his USMC Dress Blues. I highly recommend Central Cleaners for dry cleaning and alterations. Lupe is the best!!! read more

I needed something altered and modified. Dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready by Wednesday. The end result of tailoring was great. My husband picked it up on Wednesday, but I forgot to mention that they don't accept cards, only cash. A little outdated, but it was fine with me. He had a bit of an issue with customer service attitude, so that's why I had to deduct a star. Based on the work done I'd come back but The attitude would keep me away. read more

Got a regular dry clean for a suit. It came out well. First time coming here. Only thing I would say that is a damper is that she only takes cash. Customer Service could be. Bit more friendly, but we will still come back. Price isnt too bad. read more

They did a good job, but pretty expensive just to adjust my pant length. They also charge an additional two dollars to use a card.

Our 1st tune hear. Service is great and the date of pick up is what is communicate on day of drop off. Day of our pick up service is great and clothes are perfect. We will be returning. read more

If I knew this was the kind of quality I'd be getting with this repair, I probably would've just bought a needle and a string and done it myself. read more

Central Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Lake Elsinore, California

This place has gone above and beyond for us. My now husband took his suit and my dad's shirt in to get pressed however forgot it. Well, this place is closed at 7pm during the week, and on Saturdays completely...and he knew... just simply forgot. Panic set in. Wedding was the next day!! He searched their social media and blindly sent a message. The owners family responded promptly and agreed to meet at the cleaners to open the shop and get his suit and my dad's shirt out. This guy was saved from having no suit on his wedding. These owners did not have to do that, but knew the importance these articles represented. They have had our business for a while... they will continue to get it. Thank you so much!! read more

Will not honor services. Does not know how to press with starch. Will fade your garment! Worst cleaners and customer service.

I took my Rayon shirts there after not having them dry cleaned for years in one case. Came out great and I will continue to use them in the future. Price was fine and they were ready when they said. That's all I look for. Say what you do, and do what you say. Thanks read more

This is a Great place to have my items cleaned and my dresses hemmed. Lupe is amazingly friendly and willing to help out if you need something in a pinch. She goes above and beyond to keep you happy. What more can I ask for very happy with her services. read more

I moved so the other place won't do my laundry, so I took my clothes to them they did a great job. Will be coming here all the time.

I brought in a white coat with fur inside that has never been washed, to be dry cleaned due to some spotting on the sleeves. When I went to pick it up, the jacket had multiple stains and water damage on it that were not there when i brought it in to be cleaned. The women argued with me multiple times, tried to gaslight me over and over, saying, "we don't dirty clothes here we clean them" and after multiple arguments she offered to wash it again after stating she would not refund the price of the wash (which was almost $17 for one jacket) because she needs to get paid. I went to pick it up a second time and she was able to remove the water damage but the stains on the sleeves remained. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced, she was so rude and obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here to wash something they don't want ruined. read more

I came into town and dropped off a pair of pants and shirt to be pressed. Meeting got changed by a few hours and needed them ASAP. I went to go get them WAY early. They told me to wait a few minutes and they would press them ASAP for me. Great service and friendly ladies working. read more

Always amazing and fast service . I come here for tailoring and my clothes always come out beautiful!

It says same-day service on their window but they don't even honor that. Pricing is inconsistent between two people I also got it written down so there was no miscommunication there. There was two employees, 0ne was extremely nice the other employee was very arrogant and didn't even try to work with me read more

My daughter was getting married the next day and we opened up the box her linens were shipped in and we were expecting wrinkles but not wrinkles that wouldn't come out at all! I called Central Cleaners and the woman (who's name I don't remember) without any hesitation was more than happy to help us out and press all 20 tablecloths for us before they closed in 4 hours! She stayed until 8pm (an hour past closing) to help us out when I know other cleaners would have turned us away. If I lived here this cleaners would be my go to! I can't express my gratitude and would highly recommend Central Cleaners for your cleaning needs! read more

very friendly. i had an applique' sewn on a sweatshirt. it was done perfectly and service was so fast I was amazed!

Brought in a Dodger jersey months for dry cleaning and i wasnt pleased with the final result. Jersey looked untouched and still has small stain on writing. I have had items dry cleaned before in the past at different locations and there is a big difference. I honestly felt they just had my jersey hanging there for a few day and didnt do anything to it. Sad. read more

Asked Lupe to alter these leather pants for me and add a side slit, and she did a wonderful job! She was very informative on what she could and couldn't do and asked for feedback/confirmation before proceeding with any work. Will definitely come back for any future work needed :) read more

My husband and I had a wedding to go to in just a couple of days and I forgot... I needed to get my husband's tux cleaned and pressed and I needed to get my formal gown shortened! Thank goodness I brought them here! The dress was a high/low ruffled mermaid silhouette so I was worried how it would turn out but they did a perfect job. Everything was perfect and ready when promised. We will definitely be coming here for any other dry cleaning and hemming that we have. No more way to long pants for me! read more

I want to start off by saying that at first i was not impressed with some minor concerns with an item i had left there to get patched but after a different interaction i was very pleased with how Ana, i believe thats her name was very nice enough to fix the problem right away! She was very quick to finish my items before a certain time and i loved how they give u a time your clothes will be done but your items end up being done before that time. Im glad i gave them a chance. read more

I was in a last minute bind and needed two men's shirts dry cleaned, same day. I was literally afraid to try any of the other locations in my area, due to many negative reviews. This location did not have many reviews but I am SO glad I took a chance on Central Cleaners. Starting with the friendly welcome and assurance that same day service was no problem up to the quick service and VERY reasonable pricing, the experience earned them a new loyal customer! I will not be bringing my dry cleaning anywhere else, check them out for friendly quality service at a great price! read more

I was pleasantly surprised when going to central cleaners. When I entered the location I was greeted right away. I always do dry cleaning on my husbands button down shirts and I wait until he uses all of his buttondowns and then I will take them to the cleaners. So I walked in with about 50 items. Obviously wasn't cheap but I was very happy with the price that was given to me I thought it was very fair and reasonable I've continued going now and this will be my go to spot for dry-cleaning I highly recommend them and hope you will give them a chance read more

There was a young girl on Sunday who was very rude, I walked in and before I could even say good morning she cut me off and said "phone number?", I was confused and said oh okay it's xxxxxx and then I said "I'd like to..." she cut me off again and said" when do you need it?" I said I need it by today. And she said "IMPOSSIBLE" with such an arrogant tone of voice. I said oh okay, I thought you did same day service she said "yeahh just not Sundays". Why'd advertise same day and not honor it? Dude staff. Maybe someone else is better but definitely not returning to figure that out. read more

The is a small business tucked away in a corner plaza. The owners Lupe & Ana are very sweet. They do great work on all my clothes and evening gowns. If something is needed asap they will have it ready for me while still keeping the others for regular pick up. The prices are reasonable and if something isn't to my satisfaction they are working diligently to fix it and make it right. They are hard working business women that needs community support. So if you're in the area and need a great quality cleaners give them a try first. read more

Very disappointed with this business. The first time we took my husband's military uniform in to be taken in and have the red stripe put on the pants, originally we had told the lady something wrong (which was our fault), when we went to pick it up we knew we had made the mistake so we took in a new stripe to have her place on the pants instead, but noticed that she used WHITE thread on a RED strip on my husbands dress blues... we proceeded to let her know that the new thread needed to be the same color as the stripe and exactly where to place it. She informed us that she was unable to attach the stripe to the sides of the pants over the pocket without loosing the pocket completely... now my husbands been in the military for 11 years and this is the FIRST time someone has ever said that to us and every other time, it has been done perfectly without a problem. She proceeded to tell us she will do as best she can. During the second visit I also dropped off my dress for our ball to have the lace arm bands taken in a little and the sides a little tighter. She was very nice and measured me quickly and all was set to go. Today I went and picked up everything. Once I got to work I had a second to examine everything and noticed that there was A LOT wrong. First, the straps on the dress were awful and weren't even done to be hidden on the inside of the dress, except the strap on the right that was cut and sewn to the inside of the dress in the front, however for the left side, it was just folded a little on the back side and sewn to the dress (pictures attached). Next, she completely sewed through the pockets on his dress pants and the stitching wasn't even even. The strip also wasn't over the crease, but down the edge of it. My main frustration is the run I found in the back of the dress (a BRAND NEW DRESS THAT STILL HAD THE TAGS ON IT WHEN DROPPED photo also attached). NOTHING was mentioned to me about the run, however the dress does fit well on the sides. For $100 in alterations for a military uniform that needs to be basically perfect Incase it gets inspected, I expected more especially because all the other reviews were positive. The dry cleaning was good but will likely not use this company again for alterations! read more

My sister was getting married in 24hrs and her dress had been sent to get steamed at another facility but came back even wrinklier than before (I'm not sure how) So my mother and I tried to steam her pleaded mermaid style dress and were unsuccessful. We've heard great reviews about this place from a family member who gets their Police uniform done here and decided to take it to them for a last minute fix. The device was so great we were even able to get the dress 4hrs after we dropped it of. They were definitely a life saver and we will continue to go here for all our dry cleaning needs!! What kind of place doesn't give you a courtesy call to let you know that it's been over 30 days! I take full responsibility for forgetting that I left my dress there after a wedding I attended to in October 2014. But it's April 2015...6 months! How do you just give away items that haven't picked up before calling! They also had my dress in the system as October 2013. So you inaccurately put in into the system and then do your annual clean up without contacting your clients! Absolutely unprofessional! I will be making sure they refund my entire dress. You lost a loyal customer and making sure all of my family, friends, neighbors and enemies don't go here! read more
